Plus he’s a world renown free diver. You can also download the Freedive apnea app that you can use to get your baseline breath hold better.

In south Florida, all the boat ramps are closed, all the parks are closed and the authorities are urging people to stay home because we have tens of thousands of cases. Keep doing what you're doing. It gives us hope and also, its gorgeous.

Just a heads up if anyone doesn't know the difference between american mayo and Japanese mayo, american mayo is made with the whole egg, yolk+white, Japanese mayo doesn't use the egg white, just the yolk and it tastes less oily because of it, also american mayo uses distilled vinegar and Japanese mayo uses rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar which makes it a little sweeter and not as "tangy"/acidic.
