    I've watched a few other "rug cleaning" channels like this but this is the only one I feel is not staged. All the others are the same, cleaning lots of mud and dirt off of rugs. Your cleanings are removing grease, mildew, leaves, insects, etc... as well as you pulling rugs out of the dump. It's what sets your channel apart from the others James. Cheers and Happy Friday!

    • @SilencedHalo
      @SilencedHalo Рік тому +42

      Thats what I was thinking as well. It looks very damaged, and possibly even painted over. There's a lot of white and curvy designs towards the center, but then the outer rim area theres a lot of deep blue that doesnt match the design at all. Unfortunately I dont think this rug really was worth saving unless there was sentimental value to it, just looks too far gone even when clean

    • @IndigoSpades
      @IndigoSpades Рік тому +27

      My hunch is that it was designed to look old, faded and eccentric. The blue colouring feels weird to me, despite it being a beautiful blue to look at.

      I’m wondering if it was an instance where the owner really didn’t know what was under all the muck and was wanting to find out? Maybe wouldn’t have known how simple or cheap it would have been to have replaced it? (Or had some sort of sentimental value of course).

    that was amazing. I was, pleasantly, surprised to see the colors in the rug after it was clean. I was cheering you on to get it completely clean and you did it

    As a professional floor care technician I love watching these types of video's. With that being said I could have that rug just as clean, using a fraction of the water, in about 5 minutes with our Everest 870HP Truckmount.

    Cleaning the rug is one thing. Those boots that don’t lose their grip in soapy, greasy water are quite another! Wow!
