At least Fighting Vipers 2 is in the latest Like Dragon. My list: Blue Stinger, Carrier, D2, Spawn, Heavy Metal, Gunspike, Plasma Sword, Buggy Heat, Confidential Mission, Giant Gram, Record of Lodoss War, Virtua Athlete 2K ... There are still so many (more or less) exclusive games on Dreamcast.

EGG aged so well. I have wonderful memories with that one. Unsurprisingly I've played this entire list. DC was the one system I played almost every game on.

Ah man, I wish I wasn't separated from my DC and copy of MSR by the sea. I guess it'll never get released elsewhere now, Project Gotham would probably take priority if anything.
MSR is one of my favourite games ever. Also, the only racing game I can think of that was 60fps from the internal view and 30fps when using the chase view, which was weird (but luckily I always played from the internal view anyway)
Also it simulated the time of day accurately, even including seasonal changes (play it at 5pm in summer it will be daytime, play it at 5pm in the winter and it will be dark), I cannot think of any other game that has had that feature.

It might be 5pm daytime when you play it in America, but its the right amount of hours earlier in London, and middle of the night in Tokyo. It would be awesome to have a new game like that, hell of it's online it could probably even link to the weather and have that replicate what's really happening rain/snow wise as well as just the time.
Border Down mentioned! I'd wish it would get ported at some point. G.Rev is definitely open to porting their games; with that announcement of City Connection porting Mamorukun Curse and Under Defeat, it makes me hopeful.

Of the 12 exclusives highlighted in this video, only one was announced in the new Capcom collection yesterday - Project Justice. And until that collection releases in 2025 and makes its way into gamers hands, it’s *still* a Dreamcast exclusive.
I suppose Metropolis Street Racer would be relatively cheap to re-release as, while it has licensed cars, unlike Project Gotham Racing, it didn't have any of the super-expensive licenses like Ferrari, Porsche, or Lamborghini, and the soundtrack was created for the game by Richard Jacques. They'd still quite likely have to take out some of the radio ads and real-world logos for a hypothetical re-release.

Mortal Kombat Gold, in my personal opinion, would be far down the list when it comes to “best Dreamcast exclusives”. It’s a pretty weak entry in the series. Carrier and The ring were 2 great resident evil-like games, and I don't think they were ported anywhere.

I love Borderdown, my Dreamcast recent died on me so the only way I get to play is on Flycast. Imo one of the best Shmups of all time.
