    I left running after doing for 2 months regularly...... I have given my best in it ....but cant see the results ... No improvement at all ..i was taking proper diet .. doing 30 min workout but nothing shows .... Ab umeed krta hu khud se ki kabhi running nahi krunga aur is baar ka CPO SI ka physical bhi nahi dunga
