    You might make it clear that the tower was also closed, and the airport was acting on "Unicom" procedures, where the pilot announces his intentions in the blind. The vehicle had already exited the runway, and the pilots thought the runway had opened since it was two minutes before the scheduled opening time when they took off. The pilots were in contact with Center, and they take off approval would have been canceled had they waited a few minutes longer. There is a lot more to this story.
