@@jamiestrong7993 Doesn't look like it - example when backing the car out, camera was on the drivers side, when backing out there was no camera from the previous frame. He's dedicated to it as getting in/out of the car (and having to remove the steering wheel each time!) must be take forever!

Make the bay functional, and look as clean as possible, without compromising workability. Also. Painting the bay the same color as the car would be neat. And maybe offset the engine and accessories with a different color.
Got Thumbs when he was at the pool he said he was gonna have the landlord come over and show him how the pumps work. It’s a rental, still a cool house though and would be ideal for Taylor.

@@AV-cc5wl Yup that's what I was seeing as well, we're just trying to figure out the oil pan clearance with the way the K24 is setup. Plus worrying about oil starvation with a different pan. Trying not to have to run a dry sump, but that might be the safest route.

I'm refreshing a vw golf R32, and cleaning up the bay was so satisfying, however I didn't have access to use a powerwasher and it was inside in the garage, so did it all by hand. Clean parts are always the best.

I’ve always seen those air over hydraulic lift cylinders for engine hoists in the harbor freight catalog, and wondered who uses their hoist enough for that to be worth it. Taylor is the guy who uses it enough😂 he has probably saved hours of time not having to pump that jack

Maybe get a set of those Jack pads that are designed to protect your pinch welds. Normally I wouldn't bother with them but they usually hang down an inch or two which might solve your sideskirt jack issue
Even painting the engine bay any colour would make a difference! Even if it was a quick strip , scuff and sprayed a 2k solid colour would make the difference!! It would be a good trade off for not going mad with the bay!
I meant to explain in the video, I will paint it. I want to build it first, get it done like a dry build, be sure all the fab work is done, then pull it apart and paint the bay.

oem+ keep all neccesary peices but try to tuck all the wires and such

Make sure to do type s oil pump! Don’t wanna be banging limiter and shoot a rod. The k24 has some beefy balance shafts

I use vinegar, I spray it on, scrub, spray more, let it sit, throw baking sofa, scrub, salt(to neutralize), powerwash
