1. Start doing a little action 2. Make your desired habits the easiest option by making other distracting options more difficult to start 3. One step at a time. Break the tasks into really small steps which you just can't not complete
This is THE most important video I have ever watched, I have struggled with this problem for a long time, and have watched dozens of dozens of videos on it, but you laying out the pieces perfectly like this , makes me feel like I can actually do it. Thank yoi
Thanks for the tips. I will start implementing them to drive. I,'ve tried and at one point drove to and from work but my anxiety got the best of me and I stopped. Hopefully this time it'll stick.
Great video. These are "little" tricks that work wonders. I have a coffee machine in my room set to brew at 6 AM, with weights to work out right next to me. If the weights were in another room, I'd never work out.
Hey, these are perfect ideas to implement, so I plan to take the advice and steps this week by first doing them today. I have wanted to start my youtube channel for a long time, but I guess I start anywhere and make it become a routine and a habit I enjoy rather than something I don’t.
I dismantle my PS5 after playing. That way, the only possibility for me to play the next session is if I am willing to first spend an hour with the manual to reassemble it - all 1,284 pieces. Day 246, I have not touched my PS5.
Uncompromisingly forthright analysis ! Bro i want to know about 2-3 books which every man should read when feeling low & tackling inaction caused due to uncertainty of path in work as Adhd person or in general to never feel down wasting valuable time..
Thank you for sharing this valuable information with us. Another thing, your accent looks different. Where are you from? I think Spain. How can I get the same fluency you have in English?
I am here with a pen and paper, taking notes. That's how you know how much I find this video helpful.
That's great to hear, thanks for the comment!

Point 4 of the video is quite important as well though.

Go for it! It might also help at first to do some drives with someone you trust next to you, to help reduce the anxiety.
Please make more content I love how you format your videos and how you explain it. Best productivity guru I’ve found so far

Indeed, the environment has such a big power over what we do!

Not sure these are the best options, but I would say "Feeling Good" by David D. Burns or "Atomic Habits" by James Clear
I just watched most of your videos, very good stuff!
Thanks for the kind words, appreciated!
Helped a lot
Happy to hear that!
