Hey guys I will don't do these exercise for 15- 20 days bcz I am outside of my house so I don't get time..
If I will get time then I will do it. But for fews days I am not able to do😟. Sorry😟.
Bonus- I can see very little change in my chin area(I do this for 4 days as u can see) bcz whenever I was free I do her chin exercise😄😄So I will prefer to do it exercise atleast for 1-2 weeks (7-14) days. And see some changes😁
You already know that it is simple exercise and you can do it in just less than 10 minutes. Why you stop it if you are outside home?

Day 1 : It's very simple, I will keep this updated, will do this for 2 weeks!
Day 1 take 2 : Already started seeing some results in my Jawline.
Day 2 : Ah nothing changed as much, but my Jawline became more visible, though I still have a double chin lol.
Day 2 take 2 : I must say, My double chin slightly went a way, it wasn't like before just a tad smaller, I love the results so far.
WHAT happened next?

Hai... The problem i have , is that my upper lip covers my upper teeth when smiling or talking . Do you think this could help me ? I noticed that when i pull the tip of my nose , the upper lips get pulled too and my frontal upper teeth are displayed nicely . But one time a stop lifting the nose , the upper lip get back to its position and covers my teeth again . Hope you can help me :(
