sadly most people do not have the attention spans to watch such videos and simply enjoy them. Thats why creators are forced to add background noise and stupid popups
The way he pulls away is just perfection the way he controlls the wheel spin before standing on it totally is amazing. And the noise is just out of this world.!
Train was a cool touch. I like how you say it's healthy and mean at the same time. That's why I like American muscle. It doesn't have to be the fastest but it's dramatic regardless.

Manual Trans has another BIG Performance in my Opionion. You can choose your Torque right to the Track, Curve or something like that, with Automatic u can fast forward with manual u can hard hittin the Corner
You lose like 25 horsepower just having an automatic; they're heavier and there's a mechanism for the express purpose of turning every shift into a granny shift, because ease of use at the expense of performance is the whole idea. They are not suitable for racing or precision driving imo, but I walk everywhere so

Sitting in a bus watching car related content. Stumbled on this video and had a hard time containing myself. Full body shivers and goosebumps from that pure magnificent sound. I'm not able to build cars as a hobby due to financial issues as I work part time atm and seeing people do what they absolutely love makes me emotional to say the least.
I myself have been goin thru a tough time finnancially and I'm grateful I can still play with my car. It's not much, and with a bigger budget I'd be done building it by now but the struggle will make the end result all that much better. I started with nothing but a rusted hulk with no engine that I bought off a farm 4 years ago, and while it's still nothing special, it runs and drives and I can actually play with it while building it. If you're anything like me and cars are one of your lifes greatest passions, you'll make it work sooner or later no matter the cost. I built mine in a driveway on jack stands, no fancy shop, no fancy tools, just determination and time. You just gotta keep pushing man! I believe you can do it! Best of luck my friend 👍
This exhaust is perfection to me...love it and I wouldn't change a thing. My first car was a 71 Pontiac LeMans. I paid 1200.00 for it from a good friend. He was the second owner and he bought it off a old lady for same price that he sold it to me for.. friends..God love em. He even had it painted bright red , new brakes, and tuned the 400 Pontiac motor up. I drove it for years putting wider Eagle st tires and solid aluminum wheels around it and tinted windows dark and of course dual exhaust. gave it to my brother in law

My 1970 AMC 390 sounds so closely related. My 1974 is eerily similar with the 1972-401 sound. It never gets old..The Sound that is.. What a Great car this Pontiac is.. The old block 389 tri-carb Pontiacs valve train wasn't suppose to like high RPMs according to Butler Performance, but the 1966 GTO that I got a few rides in had all the right mods and loved to rev to 6,700 RPM and I believe that 389 had a forged after market high displacement crankshaft giving it a displacement of over 460. It sounded incredible going from 4,500 - 5,000 RPMs. I was hoping I'd hear that again, but this car turns out wasn't using a Pontiac V8 to 7,000 RMPs. Still very impressive. It's hard to believe it's only 6.0 L.
No one believes that my buddy's 68 302 Z28 hit 9,000 rpms. $2,700 new. Flaw, the body would hit the frame on a high rmp flat shift. Chambered exhaust. The sound was like this LeMans.

That's a much more modern engine though . Car's are generally smaller but heavier now . All of the extra crap people want now isn't weightless . Back in the day an early 70s Chrysler New Yorker was considered very heavy . Now lot's of SUV's and almost all Pickups weigh more .

Brings back memories of my 77 Z28, pulling 7000 rpm shifts, swapped the 350 for a 327 from a 66 Vette. Motor was built well.
It's just pure gas engine's exhaust sound, which is a pure honey for everyone who appreciates gas engines.
