How Can Adaptive Cruise Control Make My Commute Easier?

The Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) regulates the speed of your Porsche fully independently in line with the speed of the vehicle in front. Radar sensors on the front end scan the road ahead. Let’s imagine you’ve selected a cruising speed but have begun to gain on the vehicle in front because it is driving more slowly - the system reduces the speed of your vehicle by restricting throttle or gently applying the brakes until your chosen distance from the vehicle in front is restored. PCDT's Service Technician, Wesley, will explain to us how the ACC works using a brand new 2021 Cayenne Coupé and discuss some limitations that we should be aware of.

I notice at 3 minute in this video, the check engine light is on. My 2021 Cheyenne’s check engine light is also on when I turn on the vehicle but goes away when I start the engine. Is it normal?

you guys ever have an issue where if a car swerves in front of you ACC doesn't seem to immediately pick them up and you have to brake?
(I know he mentioned this, that they won't be detected until they're fully in your lane, but I've found even when they are sometimes I need to brake)
