Ravens fan here. While both picks by EDC made sense at the time, the clock is ticking for Oweh and Bateman, especially for the former. I liked Oweh's upside when he was drafted, but the Ravens pass rush simply has not been as potent as it was from the edge, something we really missed since Suggs left. The fact that the Ravens had to bring in Justin Houston, Jadeveon Clowney and Kyle Van Noy (who actually played MLB with the Patriots) kind of shows you how much we struggled to pressure QBs attacking from the edge. Not a good look when our division rivals have TJ Watt, Myles Garrett, and Trey Hendrickson coming after Lamar. If we want to keep our crown and stay competitive, I hope for Oweh's and the team's sake, he can break out in 2024.
Greg Rousseau has been tremendous against the run and is not a pure pass rusher. If you polled most educated Bills fans they'd give the pick an A grade
9:40 Nah I remember that. Thats why I wasn't even confident in my own team even when we're number 1 in our Division. It felt like Etienne was carrying us the entire way and every one else on offense seemed confused.
Naje Harris a grade of A?? He's the definition of a below average RB. He has very little burst, doesn't make defenders miss, and isn't a great receiver out-of the backfield either. You give him credit for rushing over 1K yards but completely ignore how many attempts it took him to get there....his average is between 3.8 - 4.1 per carry depending on the year....that's below average. His teammate Jaylon Warren is a better player.
@@jamesb925 That may be true.....but doesn't change the fact that he's a below average RB and second best on his team. Even an above average RB, which Harris isn't, isn't worth a top 20 pick.

Najee took the 32nd ranked run game to top 10 in his first year, and has made history through his first 3 seasons. He was an insane upgrade over James Conner. Consistent, never injured, he’s one of the most productive players from that class. Your bias towards rbs is the only thing making you say that. His ball security, blocking, the fact he had 1700 yards his rookie year, 500 of those receiving. What is everyone else’s opinion should it be a 1000 still or the bar should be raised
Najee should get a B- he did have multiple 1k plus seasons people kinda miss it because he doesn’t give you many of the big wow plays but I won’t call him a bust clearly there’s something good there you don’t accidentally get 3 straight 1k seasons just need a better scheme I think

turner just needs to get healthy i feel like he can still be a solid pass rusher he was just over drafted thats all, always weird taking a day 2 edge in the first but thats just what happens sometimes would of killed to of had Greg Rousseau rn though
I’m sorry there’s no way toney can be a bust if the giants got a 3rd and a 6th back for him. Maybe a C or D but that kind of draft capital back is worth something
The trade between the Jets and Vikings shouldn't have happened and the Vikings would pick Christian Darrisaw at 14 and the Jets would've stayed at 23 and picked Alijah Vera-Tucker and kept their picks to solidify more Offensive Linemen and some Wide Receivers
Man Najee is the most pedestrian average rb you could ever ask for. How is a career 3.9 ypc and A? He’s a C at best. Warren an UDFA, had been a better player since he stepped on the field.
You uttered the single most horrific phrase - "It's not his fault." Stop the insanity. The greats find a way. Everything is their fault if they underperform - they didn't work hard enough or or they didn't work out enough or they didn't adapt to the culture properly or they didn't read the play right or their attitude caused the issue.
Finally someone appreciates how good Najee actually is. Warren wasn’t that much more efficient than Najee, and Najee isn’t meant to be that efficient either he’s a power back. A bad OLine and poor staff such as the offensive coordinator have contributed as well.
Najee is Walmart version of Henry 😂 and the comparison was Henry definitely nice to have in a one two punch situation but he’s a second round talent so I guess a solid first round pick being that there’s so many complete misses
Najee is an A grade? remind me.. what's his YPC average, please? and what does PFF think of him? i'll give you a hint, neither answer is A-grade worthy. you can't cite PFF for one player, then not for another. it's all or nothing, if you're doing the analytics angle. will Pittsburgh pick up Najee's 5th year option? Maybe. should they? no. will they and should they give Najee a long term deal? not a chance.
Absolutely no way you give the Steelers drafting the 2nd best back on their team in the first round an A, its a C- at best you could talk me into an F.

Najee has played well. Back of the first round picks aren’t really that valuable you may as well trade back
Najee Harris: B-
Darrisaw: A+
I don’t really agree with the assessment on Najee only looking at his yards is pretty misleading when his YPA are worryingly low
love the channel but way too kind on najee and etienne
I go to Steeler bars all the time and Steeler fans (not me) have no appreciation for him. I mean they actually hate Najee and want him cut. I think he does a great job every game and Jaylen won’t be as good as he is without Najee. It’s thunder and lightning.
turner just needs to get healthy i feel like he can still be a solid pass rusher he was just over drafted thats all, always weird taking a day 2 edge in the first but thats just what happens sometimes would of killed to of had Greg Rousseau rn though
Let’s gooooo 🔥
Hope things work out for Caleb Farley
Man Najee is the most pedestrian average rb you could ever ask for. How is a career 3.9 ypc and A? He’s a C at best. Warren an UDFA, had been a better player since he stepped on the field.
I'm still a believer in Rashod Bateman
If we threw him as many passes as OBJ got this season he would’ve had a great year
Najee being an A is just an objectively wrong take
Where is 1-16?
Najee Harris is an average RB. You can get that in the 4th round. B- at best.
Can you make a vid about my saints please keep up the amazing content but I hope we draft anything but LINE in the first round
I want to see them maneuver around the cap first
Najee not even best back on his team and he gets an A? Wut?
As a Steelers fan, Najee is a B
Najee A? Lmao what
Harris is not good bruh. Barely has over 4 ypc.
❤❤❤
Harris? An A? 😆😆😆😆
Top 10 in rushing yards every year. Not flashy but he gets the job done.
@@milkman3213 with 3.9 yards per carry 💀💀
@@Leovanni6 higher than Josh Jacobs, Saquan Barkley, and Alvin Kamara last year.
@@milkman3213 because they all had down years?? what was saquon supposed to do he was on the giants

Honest the worst draft class since 2013

Terrible grade on najee
Worst draft class ever
None will ever be worse than the 2013 draft. Although the 1991 draft is not far behind.
@@ChristianDeJesus219 That is true… I just went back and looked and the top of the class is pretty stacked. Idk if I’m mixing it up with a different year but I could’ve sworn one of the drafts around 2021 had like no depth outside the top 10 like what so ever. Take back my comment lmao
LMAOOO Football Analysis just exposed himself as a Steelers fan and a casual at that 😂😂 Najee genuinely might be the worst starting RB in the league. Dude has a comically low YPA. You’re putting way too much value into his 1000 yard seasons. Literally every single RB in the league would get 1k yards on the year behind that offensive line and with that usage rate. Grading Najee anything above a D+ is hilarious
1 The oline is shit
2 the scheme is shit
3 austin ekeler exists. Najee isnt even bottom 5. The lack of ball inowledge is crazy, the vision and efficiency isnt great but honest to god this is the type of comment that shows that someone doesnt watch ball
He prob was high on him going into the draft and is biased
Ok but it’s his opinion
I am a Steelers fan yes how did you know?
@@FootballAnalysis1I like your channel but how is drafting a mid tier player for his position in a position that isn’t as valuable as others a A tier grade. There’s guys you could pick up for dirt cheap who would give you the same if not better production on the amount of carries he gets
I feel like Kyle Pitts has been a bust for us, I get the QB situation but his draft position was unprecedented and so far completely unjustifiable
So was the Bijan Robinson pick if you use those metrics. It's called you had a shit coach that never used him properly.
You’re not wrong but it’s hard for me to envision Pitts not being a beast in Buffalo or Cincy or KC. You can’t really blame the player too much since he can’t pick the team or the QB. You would know better than I but his lack of production isn’t solely on him.
@@16casttaYeah the Bijan was picked too high argument is moot. Look at the Lions with Gibbs. They don’t have the same offensive firepower without Gibbs on the roster. Atlanta had an Inept Head Coach that did not utilize his best players.
@@16castta Bijan had a good year, could have been better without Arthur the clown. Kyle was a record draft pick, and has not demonstrated that level of talent. Remember, that puts him ahead of every TE ever in terms of expectations. Just my opinion
