I'm not young and tech' is a worry. Your simple steps make it easy to follow. Now I'm happy with my Samsung Watch 7. I bought it, mainly for security. I have fallen twice recently and on each occasion, I broke my ribs. I followed your easy to follow advice and installed all my emergency numbers, whereas before I didn't know where to start. I have also set it up so it does exactly what I want.

I currently have galaxy watch 4. I like to check for Afib so I use the ECG. Does Galaxy 7 have that app?
