Rather pleasant little video. Didn't catch anything new, but better than most of these type of videos. I am a smartwatch addict (currently have GW6Classic and 5Pro) but this does 80% the same for a fraction of the cost, with fantastic batterty and... I wear on opposite wrist to a 'real' watch.
Does it show elevation data? Also is it true if you start a workout that needs gps such as walking and running it doesn't sync back to Samsung health app and doesn't show any map as well?
No elevation data, barometer used for fall detection. The fit 3 doesn't have a GPS sensor, it uses your phone's GPS. So if you go for a run without your phone there will be no GPS data, no route map. If you have your phone then the data will sync with Samsung health.
It should, I believe the minimum requirement is Android 10. Also from Samsung website. Note: It is compatible with Android phones that support Google mobile services. You cannot install the Galaxy Wearable app on the phones that do not support Fit syncing. Ensure that your phone is compatible with a Fit. You cannot connect your Fit to a tablet or a computer.
I have a Google Pixel 8a, and found that on downloading the Galaxy Wearable app that the World Clock widget is missing. I refreshed the app and the watch to ensure everything was the latest version, but no dice. I got the watch for $29 and change at Walmart, but despite the cheap price, the primary function I wanted is not available. I’ve been checking the forums but nobody seems to be mentioning this issue. It’s the international version of the watch, so it’s bizarre that this functionality would be missing. If anyone else has encountered this problem, please comment if there is a work-around. Thanks.
It is the app, if not using a Samsung phone several features may not work, and I believe this varied by country. But I found this on the Samsung website. "***Non-Samsung Android smartphones do not support World Clock Watchface." sorry.
if found it to be very good except it definitely lagged during interval training or sharp HR changes, but all watches have issues keeping up with this. also keep in mind its price, Samsung could not use its best sensors in this one...

I need more smart watch addict viewers and subscribers!
hey man! Does it work with android 14?
Yes, but remember only a Samsung phone.
@@techgadgets100 it works with any android with 10+ version mate
What app notification is available?
You can set every app that is on your phone to give you notifications on your watch. Not recommended but you could.

It's so frustrating that we can't put the flashlight option on the double click as a shortcut.
I dont know why that is, it seems like such a simple thing to offer. 🤔
@@techgadgets100 Ikr, they even put the "find my phone" feature on the option, but not the flashlight.
@@Mike-IP I am sure you are not the only person that would like that feature!

Pros: cheap, cons- multiple issues with workout, weather and other data synchronization with phone.
It is cheap but built better than expected and I had no issues syncing data but I do have a Samsung watch.
