@@CoachBachmann I would love more of your pike press workouts…a lil easier than what you posted. Although I followed along on that one video twice already and my tiny body is very sore the next 3 days. 😂 Your form is amazing for someone so bulky! I don’t see a lot of men your size do this great handstand form. It’s pretty amazing!!!

@@GeorginaFlows thanks! You’re sweet. Pike press workout it is! Let’s do it! I’m working on producing much more follow along content in the near future. Stay tuned :)

Excellent video, I really appreciate the high quality, thanks a lot!
I already have a Stalder on both pbars and floor for about 5x2.
Currently I am on the grind on increasing the reps for HSPU and i really enjoy going back to the partial reps because you can make a lot of volume and preogress from there.
Do you also recommend doing partial reps for the stalder press and increase the range over time as you progress?
For me this really helps because I progress faster with focusing on volume instead of intesity...

To hold a straight hs is harder for me than presses. I can stalder press from the floor but my hs is still no where to be seen. I feel in control and safe in presses but when I bring the legs up I loose the control.

This is because your body gets very long when you close the legs. Your center of gravity moves further away from the hands and everything gets more difficult. You need to train specifically for your straight handstands by the wall. Build strength and coordination in the specific position. You got this
