Instagram - AdamTheWooATW I need to clarify that in the video I stated this was the 4th trip in a row this happened to me on when flying American Airlines. After looking it up it was actually only the 3rd time in a row, first one was United. Either way I’m taking a break from AA unless it’s the only option. Burned way too many times
Adam, I am a pilot with American. My suggestion is to avoid any connections in DFW! I am philly based and I actually avoid trips through Dallas. We operate hundreds of flights per bank and it is ground zero for severe and connective weather. Plus they have one of the main arrival runways closed for the next year.
Let's not forget about the mandated vaccines that have had a huge (in a bad way) effect on the pilots and crew, Crew shortage has been a huge problem causing flight delays and/or cancellations.
Yeah! Avoid American Airlines. Go with Frontier, Southwest, even Delta! United is pricey American as well! And NEVER do thru DFW. Bad weather 90% of the time!
Pilot here. Wanted to drop some insight on what went wrong here most likely. What the pilot was talking about when boarding completed was an EDCT - estimated departure clearance time. Air Traffic Control issues those to aircraft if they need to amend a scheduled departure time for traffic flow, weather, or any other reason. Weather was the case here. Pilots will usually try and get that time down if they can by talking to ATC. That happened in this case. During this time of year severe weather is very common. What spawned up was going between BWI and DFW. Big problem. Hundreds of aircraft now have to get alternate routings around the storm. Those planes could be going to LA, PHX, DFW, Florida, whatever it may be, but that put a huge strain on the traffic going westbound and eastbound. Most likely the plane going to BUR was affected by this, as well as dozens of AA planes and crew. Very difficult situation. The DFW weather didn't help either I bet. TLDR- big storms at a big airport means an absolute clusterfuck of issues.
Will, aircraft you normally fly? Route if can say. Any idea what the cloud top altitude of those storms was? When I hear bad storms in DFW I think of that L1011 or the 727 at JFK back in '75.
Usually, a flight is cancelled because the plane you were going to fly on was unable to arrive at your airport and there are no similar sized aircraft available for re-routing. A couple tips when flying with a lay-over. 1] Fly early in the day in case you do have any delays. The weather is usually less disruptive in the morning and you have a better chance of making plans to get to your destination. 2] Always check the weather between your airports. If there's weather, you can always re-route your flights if needed.
Wow that seems like really bad luck. In looking at the monitor at the airport it seems like your flight to Burbank was the only one I saw cancelled so maybe it really was just very bad luck. Summer storms in the midwest are notorious for causing issues. Burbank also has a voluntary curfew of no landing past 10 pm so probably those 2 factors were the reason. Either way, like you said avoid layovers in general unless they are unavoidable. I have no problem paying several hundred more for any direct flight if it is available with any airline.
Patience of a saint Adam. There are enough airlines that service should be a heck of a lot better. It’s not like Canada where we only have a few choices. Enjoy your time in LA. I’m sure there are a lot of people at the meet up today that are happy you will be there!
In 2022, I had a great experience on American from Jacksonville to Seattle with a layover in Dallas - it was my first time flying in over 10 years, and the only airline I had been on before was Delta. Last year, though, when I flew from Jacksonville to New York - I had a wonderful experience there, but on the way back the plane on the layover in Charlotte was delayed, then replaced - and then we all had to wait an excruciatingly long time on the plane while they removed the excess fuel that wasn't needed for the short flight from Charlotte to Jacksonville. I remember I fell asleep - and when I woke up, I thought we had landed in Jacksonville! But nope - still at the gate. When I told my friend about the travel plans just before the trip, she warned me about American Airlines layovers. She stopped flying American a few years back because she had flights cancelled or majorly delayed four times in a row during her layovers in Charlotte and Dallas. Wild stuff.
I’ve flown into and out of BWI several times and had no clue about the observation deck with the plane! Thanks so much for sharing that! I’ll definitely be checking it out next time I’m there!
Some food for thought concerning flying: 1) Always take the first flight of the day whenever possible. Does not matter if it's 5:30 or 6:00 a.m.. get up and do it. Problems and weather accumulate during the course of the day. Thunderstorms mostly arise in the afternoon and evening. 2). Take a direct flight if at all possible. To minimize takeoffs and landings and wasted time. 3) Most aviation accidents happen during takeoffs and landings. By switching from a direct flight to one that has a layover, you have doubled your chance of being involved in an aviation accident. Don't have any more takeoffs and landings than you have to! Good luck and safe travels to you Adam.
Flew last week from texas to AZ. I flew united and both my flights from Houston to Phx were delayed for hours. My uncle was flying from DFW to Phx on American. His flights were canceled twice leaving Dallas and flight was canceled once headed back to Dallas. They didn’t even give him a reason for the cancellations in Dallas. Only in AZ they told him flight was canceled for ATC/crew problems. Weather as well. He said he’ll never fly AA again.
Biased United Devotee here: I agree with @ChickenNugget in that ANY airline handles delays and cancelations better than American. They are "optimized" within an inch of their lives and simply have no system, infrastructure, or protocols for communicating with their customers and making things right. If it makes you feel any better, you aren't really their customer. Citi Bank is. Fly with the carrier that has a direct route in the morning and you will eliminate most if not all of the aggravation.
As someone who also hit trouble in Dallas Friday night/Saturday, I feel like this time wasn't their fault--DFW got walloped by weather, and that led to a bunch of cancellations and planes not being where they should be, causing chaos they were still working through Saturday. I was one of the lucky ones though: both my flights were delayed, and my luggage didn't make it on my rebooked connection, but nothing was cancelled and I was "only" about 6 hours late getting to my final destination (and my bag was delivered the next morning). Anyway, if I'd had the number of issues you had I'd probably think about switching as well (but all my FF miles are with AA)--but I think some of this is industry-wide, not confined to AA. Regardless, hopefully you find a good alternative!
There are many reasons I enjoy watching your videos. Now isn't the time to list them all. One thing that stands out- you relieve me of so much of my need to travel/wander. This video stands out for that reason. You taking it like a man, your easy going countenance, and you getting stuck and not me- all add up to my continued appreciation/gratitude and thanks. Bless you.
Welcome back to LA! Sorry about the June gloom. When I saw the intro to your video with your hopefulness, knowing what was going to happen, I felt bad.
I know it’s frustrating, but DFW area has been an absolute cluster this past week due to nonstop sever weather. This causes a chain reaction in the system. We try combat as best as we can by trying our hardest to fly early and nonstops whenever possible.
I used to travel to Houston for work and I couldn't get direct from Boston so I had to fly into Dallas and get a connection and I'll never fly through Dallas ever again. I was stuck in the exact same gate area you were in for over 4 hours because the plane was oversold, which I know is super common, but everyone showed up and I got bumped 2x. If you have to go through TX go through Houston. There are 2 major airports one on either side of the city so if needed you can easily switch from one to the other with about an hour travel between.
I'm sorry Adam, you've had so many issues with American Airlines, uggg. We are flying AA to Philly from Pensacola in late July ... fingers crossed we have better luck!
Burbank is absolutely my go-to when returning to LA. It's very lowkey and typically a breeze to get through (both as a traveler and as someone picking up/dropping off).
Flying at the peak of severe weather season is always pretty sketchy, even when it doesn't actually happen on your route, it mucks up the hubs and flights get delayed/cancelled. But it sure seems like A/A is adding their own issues. Probably shortage of flight crews too. Back in the day it was a great airline, but times change. Anyway I enjoyed your tour of DFW, safe and happy travels Adam.
That sucks Adam! But I gotta tell ya- your travel vlogs are my fav ones! So glad you didn’t get stuck phew 😮💨 was a long day late night but you got there thank goodness! At least next time ya know no more AA
The weather, this year, has been really bad throughout Texas and here in Oklahoma. Tornados and severe thunderstorm have been a weekly, sometimes daily, occurrence.
I know how you feel Adam we were flying American Airlines several years ago out of Detroit to Orlando believe to go on a Disney cruise that was leaving the next day. When we got to the airport we got checked and past TSA only to find are flight cancelled with little explanation so we ended up having to drive from Detroit to Port Carnival in under 24 hours to catch are boat. Luckily we made it
Crazy the hassle you had to go through. But I do Thank you for sharing your flights the views was so amazing. Safe Travels out there and have a good time.
I was stuck in that AA mess at DFW too. I found calling AA's customer service number had a low wait time and was able to get a connecting flight to SNA same day after my original one was cancelled midflight as well. Connecting at DFW means an overnight stay or 7 hour layover if you are flying American.
I have a friend that works for AA & just a day or two ago, she posted "READY TO STRIKE" I don't know whats behind that but it's obvious that AA is having some issues. Thanks for sharing & ENJOY the extra days in LA (it's freaking Hot in FL anyway :)
I avoid layovers at all costs. I’d also check the weather that morning when you are flying to see if there will be thunderstorms or other issues along your route just so you aren’t surprised. Sorry this keeps happening to you. I do still enjoy watching these travel videos
i have also given up on the smaller southern Cali airports because no direct flights. Layovers have a much higher chance of delays. It is such a toss up because LAX is no fun. In general flying is a lot more difficult. On a good note I think you will enjoy your week! 😎
I flew American Airlines the same day with a connection in DFW, my flight to DFW was delayed by 10 hours and my second flight was cancelled last minute. Since I was only going to San Antonio, I said screw it and rented a car and drove down there myself and I had to spend almost TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS on it!
I flew American to Orlando today and also flew with them last fall. I missed my connecting flight in Charlotte last fall because we were stuck on the runway. They did get me a later flight. I didn’t have any problems getting to Orlando today but got a little worried I would miss my connecting flight in Charlotte again because we took off about half an hour late. Another five minutes and I would have missed it.
I felt every word about the delays you were experiencing only my frustration was with Frontier. Such a stressful situation. Happy you made it through and found some humor in it.
I'm flying from Tampa to South Carolina to visit my son in a month on American airlines.I'm so nervous about the flight because of all the issues you have had lately with them.I really hope it gets better for you and me.Take care and good luck.
If it's any help, we flew American Airlines at the end of April and returned in early May. Our flights included a layover in Charlotte in both directions. Other than a slight weather delay on the return flight in Charlotte, we had zero issues and arrived at our destinations on time. There were some cleanliness issues with the plane (trash left on the seat from the prior flight), but that would be my only complaint with our experience on American Airlines. I wouldn't stress over it.
Your Bad Luck On The Sky Birds --------- That Salad Looked Sweet ----- Ranch Good Choice --------- Good Video ------- You Concealed Your Disdain For The Poor Service Very Well -------- I'm Impressed
Adam, just a thought , with as much as you fly, have you checked to see if you have any Perks with a credit card or Airline miles to enjoy the benefits of the exclusive lounges? You deserve to have some luxury when cancellations (Thanks American) and the like happen. they have "nap rooms" way better seating, food, beverages etc...May be worth it! Perhaps something to investigate!
Did you have a date stamped event in California that you had to get to? If so that is on you and not the airline, you told us on a number of videos, date events are a thing of the past, more free wheeling and impromptu adventures, hence you can't blame AA.
I’m so sorry about your awful trip! Now imagine families doing this with small kids! What a nightmare! I just recently flew American out of DFW and our terminal and gate switched 5 times! Last one being a hour 30 mins from flight! Good thing we weren’t too early!
Around June 15, our 8am AA flight from DC to Orlando got cancelled. At 4am they still emailed that the flight was on time. At 6am they emailed that it was cancelled, but my entire party was already in the airport queueing at the kiosk. It's been a nightmare talking to AA customer relations to compensate us for things they promised in AA's own Customer Service Plan (accdg to their own policy they will reimburse items such as ground transportation to and from the airport, vouchers for meals and hotels for cancelled flights). I'm still in the middle of talking with them but things aren't looking up. I'm about to file a complaint with DOT.
It’s the layovers that’s killing u man, I travel A LOT for work and I refuse to take layovers unless I’m going overseas or something. In the country though, I’m always flying direct.
Yeah dude, I feel ya. I live in Dallas and American LOVES to cancel flights! Worse than any airline I know, as I talk to A LOT of travelers here. It's been like this since the new labor agreement. If planes get delayed, the crews spend all their allotted working hours and they get stuck somewhere. We've had storms here almost everyday or every other day which backs up to the next day and another storm today delayed or cancelled more. Lots of angry travellers again today. People at airport 10hrs just to find out the flight gets cancelled. And they're understaffed now because they barely hired anybody after COVID. Good luck my friend... American sucks and travelling through Dallas this time of year is a crap shoot late April until mid June. Sorry😢
Last time we flew AA we were urgently traveling to California because my father was having emergency brain surgery! When all was said and done we could have driven faster to California than we waited for that flight 🤦🏼♀️ask me if I’ve flown AA since! Adam, I truly appreciate your positivity through such a hellish experience, now ask me how patient I was through my last AA experience 🤷🏼♀️ lessons learned a) never book AA b) direct is the only way, most often it may be a little pricier, but your time and convenience are worth something, for sure! Thankfully my dad did fine in the surgery and we were there for his recovery 😰 way too emotional time to go through that!! Thank you for sharing your experience, really your positivity really shone through and I love your videos for that ♥️♥️♥️
Weather in Texas has been bad. Vegas travelers got all screwed up too. I flew Spirit out of Vegas on Friday night and they said they were going to be half hour late but then it switched to on time. Flying is truly an adventure now.
Hey Adam great video..Glad you still made it to CA after your interesting flight experience..Smart move going with another airline in your return trip..Anyway happy June and enjoy on..
Back in September we flew AA and on the way home we missed our connecting flight in Dallas due to weather and had to spend the night in the airport. Luckily AA put us on the first flight back home the next morning and I didn’t have to wait in that long line. I would have been pissed if they did this on my way to Vancouver for my cruise.
While all airlines experience delays and cancellations, mostly due to weather United is investing heavily into MCO and looking at more gates in the new C terminal and building a new maintenance base hangar within the next year or so. We currently occupy 2 hangars off of tradeport dr. with connections in IAH to John Wayne, or to Burbank via Denver or direct to LA.
I used to travel extensively 3 weeks out of every month. When is cancellation crap happened to go to the demand of voucher which they are bound to give you for any other airline going in that direction. If it gets you to an airport near your destination, they also owe you a ground transportation voucher to get you to your destination. I feel for you man, and as I recall there is supposed to be cash compensation with this kind of crap. Airlines are very touchy about having people know about this and they don't advertise it.
Adam, so sorry you had layovers! What about southwest airlines? Really enjoy your ✈️ videos with beautiful views of the clouds! Hope you have better luck when you leave.
My AA flight landed at LAX last week. Luggage got lost, almost missed my connecting flight, got 2 days worth of steps in just walking and walking through the airport, stressed to the max.
Adam you hit the hammer on the nail layovers suck and so does American Airlines so I’m hoping you can find a dependable Airline that doesn’t cost to much that will get you where you want to go in the future also I’m not sure it you’ve heard about credit cards that work in conjunction with the airline you most frequently fly and it’s called a frequent flyer club so every time you use that particular credit card you get points and you can use the card anywhere so you build up points when you use it and if i remember right all the point you add up help give you a break on the price of your flight ✈️ so I suggest looking into it to help you in the future, now I’m glad you made it here to SoCal and have a great time while your here because I know how much you love ❤️ it here also I had a thought maybe one day if your not busy maybe you can get some food and eat outside at the Anaheim Convention Center and talk about your plans with the channel because it was nice the last time you did it when you did your SoCal food series, now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you peace ☮️ out ✌️
I am so sorry you got stuck we have had so many late storms in the last two weeks. I was with out power for 4 days. Not great I live in Dallas Texas. We normally not have the stoms in late may and beginning June.
Adam as a 20.5 year veteran of the airline industry, I can tell you that you freak out way way way to fast. 9 times out of ten with delays, especially at nights, they turn out to be minimal again not all the time, but most of the time. Next time you travel also since you have this tendency to freak out, try and book a non stop, not a direct or connecting flight. You keep using the term direct incorrectly. A direct flight is a a flight that can make stops to your final destination but you will not get off the aircraft.
If you are in the air between 7-8a, 12-1p or 5-6p usually you are eligible for a meal. If the airline you use even serves meals at all. If not traveling during the specific meal period,, you are lucky to get a snack. If another flight experience worst weather than you and has to cancel, sometimes your flight can slide into its arrival spot and sometimes it can bump you out entirely.
I remember being a parent with small, tired kids trying to rush through the airports trying to make connections. Of course, the airlines want you to check your stroller. You have to carry them and race. Stress to the max. It's not going to be a "Magical Day" at Disney...LOL
I had a Idaho--> Seattle--> LAX flight once... Well the plane that was supposed to pick me up sucked up a bird in San Jose and so that delayed me passed my Seattle connecting flight. So they rerouted me from Idaho-Seattle-Portland-LAX but I didnt get to Portland until midnight.... Well thought I could get food or something hot to drink... NOPE nothing open. Sat there and froze my ass off all night until 8 hours later I finally was able to get to LA the next morning..... Got upgraded to first class from Port to LAX but even that wasnt worth it. Ended up getting sick for 3 days as a result..... YAY!
There was another You Tube channel I watch and she ad massive issues with American pit of Dallas just a few days earlier! I'm kinda shocked this was just yesterday and you already uploaded the video. Dang. I'd still be pissed about it all
I applaude you for having more patience than I would have had, with your layover ordeal. I read that American Airlines recently changed their pilots and air tower controller schedules, so that they would have up to 12 hours off between shifts, which created a shortage of pilots and controllers. Good for the pilots/controllers, bad for the travelers. Glad that you were able to get to your destination safely.
Adam you’re right. AA has become unreliable and mgmt doesn’t seem to care and it’s sad. One thing you may want to keep in mind is Spring and Summer avoid DFW at all cost and in the winter avoid ORD.
I’m not defending AA but sounds like the delay out of Baltimore was weather related and issues with ATC. Were there extenuating circumstances for the other delays also that were not directly related to AA. Sometimes we just got to look beyond the immediate perceived problem.
I’ve had an interesting experience with American before (luckily it was. Y last flight of my trip) first when we were on pushback, the tow bar broke so we had to wait 30 min at the gate for maintenance to clear us. When we landed our gate was occupied too… had to sit hour half for it to clear. (PHL-LAX)
My husband was stuck in the Dallas airport for over a day last week, no flights for anyone who wasn't first class was what he was told. The weather was big, but there should be a way to get those flights that were missed back up. I agree - no more AA
If you haven't been to the Twins stadium yet, I suggest coming at the end of August. That way you can experience the greatness that is the MN State Fair
I remember you saying you weren’t going to take any layovers anymore. I don’t know why you enjoy flying into Burbank because there’s never any direct flights and i used to live 7 minutes away from LAX and never had any issues. Take direct flights only if you can and you wont run into these problems.
I flew out of DFW yesterday. The pilot on our airplane said they are short on pilots and flight attendants... combined with bad weather, lots of flights are being cancelled.
It’s pretty bizarre, Adam. Your issues seem to revolve around layovers. Your nonstops seem to be OK. My gal is flying quite often now these days, four times a week… She usually takes American, doesn’t really have any problems, but they are nonstop flights. I feel for ya, buddy. Anyway, glad you got there safely. That’s all that matters. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thanks for sharing
I would always check into Las Vegas as a stopover because the chances of flights for the short up and down to Burbank are usually the most plentiful. When I used to fly (in another life), I'd use LAS as my hub between Pasadena and Cincinnati/Columbus or Philly. Plus, who doesn't mind a little layover in Vegas? Time for a 30-min massage or a really good meal (or slots, if you partake). You're right though, it's the luck of the draw when it comes to airlines. We tried to stay with Delta domestic until they stopped service to specific work destinations. The idea of flying all day just to have to rent a car and drive 3 more hours was not appealing, or safe, IMO. It's 2024, aren't we supposed to have flying cars by now? ❤✌🌮
that really sucks man that each time you fly AA it always have some kind of problem or delay, we fly united or delta when we travel, we stay away from southwest and AA planes..... have you got your pre-check yet??? bc that will definitely same you time going thru check points in the airport bc you dont have to undo belt, shoes or take out computers...........

Sounds like a good call Adam. I mean seriously how many times can they do this. It’s gone way, way past ridiculous and frustrating
Time to switch to Delta... Or Alaska.... But Alaska doesnt cover the entire country
American has gone totally all in on DEI what do you expect. The future of our woke country due to the democrat leftist take over
Right on,enough is enough.

How do frequent flier miles work for pilots? Do yall get free flights?
Philly is WORSE!
PHL is a breeze compared to DFW on AA. I agree with the Captain or FO. 🛫

Or ever. Flying is horrible imo. I think those days are behind me. I've been many places domestic and foreign. Stuff is pretty much the same all over.
Still amazes me that you don’t have TSA Pre-check. Love your videos.
Telling us you are in First Class without telling us! 👍🏻Always enjoy your videos!
I avoid layovers at all costs. I’d also check the weather that morning when you are flying to see if there will be thunderstorms or other issues along your route just so you aren’t surprised. Sorry this keeps happening to you. I do still enjoy watching these travel videos
Adam has a way of making a sucky travel day entertaining. Watched every bit of this. I’m always curious how each airline handles cancellations.
i have also given up on the smaller southern Cali airports because no direct flights. Layovers have a much higher chance of delays. It is such a toss up because LAX is no fun. In general flying is a lot more difficult. On a good note I think you will enjoy your week! 😎
Been a fan 10 years now. Cheers Adam 🍻💯
so sorry to hear about your troubled flights :( still great video adam! cant wait to watch more adventures
For future reference flying in and out of DFW, consider taking a 20 minute drive over to Love Field which may have the flight you need.
Now this is excellent info!!!
This is the reason I try and avoid layovers unless absolutely necessary. Too many opportunities for things to go wrong.
Poor Adam! What a day! I admire your general calm demeanor through such aggravation. Hope everything else on this journey goes smoothly!
Adam, i'm glad to see you are using BWI instead of DCA I think you will find your Is flying experience a lot better using BWI.
Looking at the old airplane parts at the airport was very interesting. Lunch looked decent. Delayed again. I never heard you so upset before.
thanks for the travel woes...its what makes this channel great....Fly Southwest my brother...do it for the kids....Go Astros
How you stayed calm is amazing I would have lost it somewhere between 2nd and third time, four times I would be demanding some sort of compensation!!!
Glad to see you going to L.A..Look forward to watching.
What a great job to have. Going to amusement parks and extreme travels. Making great money and never having to sweat one drop.
Thank you for sharing your experience, really your positivity really shone through and I love your videos for that ♥️♥️♥️
No layovers ✔️ Keep up the good work mom and I watch you all the time❤❤❤
Weather in Texas has been bad. Vegas travelers got all screwed up too. I flew Spirit out of Vegas on Friday night and they said they were going to be half hour late but then it switched to on time. Flying is truly an adventure now.
I like your backpack. What brand is it?
Will you come up to Canada to the stadium the bluejays play in do they play the rays at any point?
Hi Adam have you tried Long Beach airport I know you said Santa Ana I think that is John Wayne as of weather it has been good here in California
Are you hitting up Knott's on this trip? It's been a while since you've vlogged there.
You show how to stay civil though and that's awesome
Dang. I'd still be pissed about it all
Adam it's nice to see you so happy
I applaude you for having more patience than I would have had, with your layover ordeal. I read that American Airlines recently changed their pilots and air tower controller schedules, so that they would have up to 12 hours off between shifts, which created a shortage of pilots and controllers. Good for the pilots/controllers, bad for the travelers. Glad that you were able to get to your destination safely.
Nonstop and direct flights have two different meanings. Delta is a great choice and the airline we have changed to years ago.
Long Beach airport is similar to Burbank if you're looking for other options.
Hey Adam!! I also LOVE really hot coffee, and I recently found out that you can ask Starbucks to make your drink extra hot!!!! Game Changer 💯
I live here in Dallas. I love this city. Glad you made it to LAX.
your travel day videos are stressing me out and I am on my couch, lmao
You feel the mans pain!
we all have PTSD!
Feel the same.
Get counseling
(PHL-LAX)
I have flown American only a couple times and I’m not impressed with them, I’ll stick with flying with Alaska and Delta.
Happened to me on Delta. Every time I had a connection in Atlanta my flight was delayed or cancelled.
Yay Adam ! Certainly an interesting situation for you with American Airlines. Making a change of plans is a great idea! Better luck next time 🤗💖🛫🛬
Jusy need to plan a trip to dallas again. We do have the defending world series champs and all star game and nba finals
June 18-20th. He'll be there. He will only go to Rays away games.
I know a lady who has been waiting to be called for training as a hostess!! They need to be calling her!!!
3:49 ,aircraft wheels 🛞 make great coffee tables & end tables...double stack for the living room or kitchen table my favorite is 747 wheels
Thanks for sharing
Dudeee ur having terrible luck on flights lately. I always fly American and usually have no trouble. I’m sorry this is happening man.
Flying to a smaller place like Burbank opens you to more issues.
