I hate to say it, but lifting would have been the best thing in this case. Would have been way less carnage if he just let out of it when the clutch let go. Instead he torched it until it exploded and took out the trans case.

I guess so. What REALLY blew me away was the 2-3-2 money shift, sent the RPM's through the roof, and the motor was fine after that. THAT'S the sign of a well built motor.

I almost thought someone was gonna be thoughtful and say better the headlight and not the windshield , guess not lol. A bolt/piece of metal can become pretty deadly at exploding speeds.
Also IMO the average lifespan they are getting out of their EBAY turbos is well over the suggested expectancy life for what they do with them, so I'd say that's why they aren't super concerned with it. Plus they are putting a hood on it eventually they said so who knows what they will devise.
Wago has brent's precision turbo from the toolbox not an ebay one....

@@pyrocl0 of you watch today's video you'll see the damage. One guy commented about what 2-3-2 or 1-2-1 shift probably did the damage and caused the bolt come out. It was a awesome video
@@pyrocl0 it exploded because it slipped and he continued to floor it causing it to heat up and explode. There is literally no other reason.
