Hi, I just received my Hohem iSteady Mobile+. While I am able to connect via Bluetooth to the "iSteady Mobile+ App" - I cannot connect to the "HOHEM Joy App" ... which has all the "Updated added features" that you reference in your video - i.e: "Face & Object Tracking "Video Resolution" options "Zoom / Telephoto" options "Beauty" options "Gesture" options; and MOMENT OPTION: Inception, Panoramic, Smart Motion, Fantastic ... etc.
I had the same issue, they have a couple of apps. It took me a couple of tries to figure out which one is the right one. On iPhone I connect without any issues. It is instant
@@FreeGafo I suspect, given that there's is no "physical way to differentiate the old module to the new" - there is oppotunity for sellers to dump old stock as "current" ... and wait for likely 'customer compliants' - the down side is - its Hohems' brand name that will get tarnished.
