Yeah that remark from the blackfish really stung Jamie. The show doesn’t really get into it, but in Jamie’s pov in the books we get to see that he admired the blackfish almost as much as he did Arthur Dayne and Baristan Selmy. When he tells Brianne that there are probably 3 swordsman who might be able to beat him the blackfish is one of those 3.
"Needle was Robb and Bran and Rickon, her mother and her father, even Sansa. Needle was Winterfell's grey walls, and the laughter of its people. Needle was the summer snows, Old Nan's stories, the heart tree with its red leaves and scary face, the warm earthy smell of the glass gardens, the sound of the north wind rattling the shutters of her room. Needle was Jon Snow's smile. He used to mess my hair and call me "little sister," she remembered, and suddenly there were tears in her eyes." George R.R. Martin, A Feast for Crows (A Song of Ice and Fire, #4)
Very interesting insight on Arya overlooking so much trying to leave bravos. You'd think she would have taken some precations to avoid them after learning how powerful and easy to hide they are.
i'm so glad i'm not the only one who is always thinking about people getting infections when they get hurt. Like how are you cleaning this wound?! huh!?
I loved the return of the Hound, not least because the actor that plays Septon Meribald is Wednesday in American Gods and Al Swearingen in Deadwood--two other shows I really enjoy.
The rose on the note is the sigil for House Tyrell, she’s telling her she is still loyal to her house but she has to be careful It’s could be compared to deep undercover work
Yeah, the show didn’t do a very good job of hammering home that House Tyrell’s sigil is a golden rose like they did with all the other main houses’ sigils. Most reactors are a bit confused at that rose drawing.
@@strangebotwin- If she wrote “Growing Strong” the words of House Tyrell at the bottom I think it would have been a bit clearer but I get why they did it this way As a Tyrell that’s unmistakeable
My friend, Arya would NEVER sell Needle. Jon gave her that sword and it means more to her than anything in the world. You saw how she was willing to risk it all to get needle back from Polliver who stole it from her and you saw the way she cried when she had to get rid of it. She couldn’t do it then…selling Needle? No way!
@Lipps React - Fun Fact: You will never see Cersei and Bronn in the same scenes. The actors that played them were in an irl relationship before the show. It didnt end well.. They specifically had it written into their contracts to not share the screen together. The girl that plays Lady Mormont is Bella Ramsey. You can also see her in the HBO show The Last of Us with Pedro Pascal (Oberon Martell). They didnt meet on GoT so this is interesting lol.
fun fact: The last of Us was my first reaction ever. It's how I started this entire channel and journey cause it all started over on my gaming channel. So I was very excited when I finally got to see who Bella was in the show. She is impressive
Literally when I think of "plot armor" that's the first example my mind immediately goes to. For a show that used to have no plot armor, it was such a disappointment to see this insane of an event with almost no consequences
I just caught up to you reactions today. I have loved your reactions and reviews. I watch every second because I love how you are seeing this show. It is gonna get wild even more than you can imagine. Please do House of the Dragon as well.

We're officially a couple episodes away from BoB!!!!! The best battle episode, and probably the last really good episode of the show!! Can't wait!!!!!!❤❤🎉🎉
@@havok6280 Bob is better than Hardhome in my opinion. I remember the first time watching it with just my jaw open. There might be some good episodes left... But not many.
They had to do a cold open because Rory McCann's name would appear in the opening credits due to SAG rules.
OHHHHHHH!!! i was wondering why it started that way. fascinating to know

When they announced Bella Ramsey for Ellie in Last of Us (HBO) I knew it was going to work out based on this episodes sass 😅
she shines!!

In the books the crows/ravens often say corn or snow. One time a crow said jon snow. The giant saying snow here, made me think of this.

right? you'd think she'd use those skills a little more strategically. or at least take a face and hide with it. idk
@LippsReacts talk about plot armor !! No way Arya survives multiple stab wounds.
To the gut.
And if that doesn't kill her, the polluted water would

The happy dance that The Hound is alive is so real 😂❤

In the books the Blackfish is one of Jaime’s biggest heroes. That line by the Blackfish prolly stung😂
ouchie!!!

Love the dr frankenstein impression at the start

It's a shame we get so little of The Blackfish. The man was downright savage and told Jamie what was what.
True and apparently Jamie looked up to him a lot so would have loved more jamie blackfish time. alas
Somehow, Clegane returned
I didnt want Arya to die, but I found it a little hard to believe she could survive SO many stabs to the gut then falling in that dirty water.

You could imagine that that one lady somehow channeled the lord of light to help heal Arya.

One of the greatest reactions to The Hound being alive! Loved it!

Disagree on both counts. Hardhome is the best battle. And there are several good episodes left.
