Takes me back? to where? I still run speedfan. It is still a pretty reliable program for what it does. Its like winamp. That is still one of the best ways to play music files.
SpeedFan stopped working properly for me when I upgraded motherboard a few years ago. Some motherboards it just doesn't allow you to control the fans and that one (I think it was the Crosshair VI Hero) was one of them. I could read the RPM but not control them, no matter what I did with BIOS settings. A while back I found a program called Argus Monitor and I still use it. It costs money (but it's like $50 for several years or something) and it's a great piece of software. Much better UI and more control over stuff. Advanced curves, averaging, comparators, etc. It's really nice. Instructions are a bit lacking but just mess with it and you figure it out.

Linus: “Remember core temp?”
Me: Are you telling me that core temp isn’t a thing anymore??
exactly what i was thinking...
Core Temp is still around, it's still being maintained, they've come out with a ton of new versions thanks to AMD Ryzen!
Wait what xD i still have it

I legit played Toon Town when I was in my mid-teens despite being far too old for it. The minigames were just kinda fun. I had the same thing with Bin Weevils too.
Ur never too old for toon town

Speedfan takes me back
Takes me back?
@@MrSirViking Ha, I still have a speedfan-supported motherboard so it's going to be a while until I have to drop the program. However, the CPU is starting to show its age...

I love how Madison was just exempt from that company rule that you have to work there for a certain amount of time before you can be on camera.
She was on camera before that soooooooo she is special
@@darwintruong4161 Oh she's special all right.
I mean, she certainly seems to be increasing engagement on the videos...like half of every comment section is in reference to her. So I guess good on LTT, they are trying something that seems to be working.
To be fair she was hired as community manager. Linus talked about it on a vid how it would be redundant for her to have to wait the trial period out before she could do her job.
Linus outed her on the WAN show while she was still just an applicant. Her rig reboot video is also one of the top performer LTT videos, so it makes sense to feature her.
