WOWWWWWWW!!!! I have been going through your songs/lessons, and this is incredible work!!! I wish you were my neighbour, because I love singing that Merle Haggard stuff and other great old country songs. I could learn alot from you!!! I only play rythym for not, but I have an American Tele that I don't deserve and haven't learned to play it like you play. I don't understand why you don't have a million subscribers. Oh well!!!,,,their loss...lol. Thank you so much for your time in teaching us. Genuinely appreciated!!!

Thanks very much Michael. The Boss RC-5 Looper is really a lot of fun. It’s pretty easy to lay down your own backing tracks once you play around with it for a while. And the RC-5 has a built in count in and some drum sounds too. There are some great videos here on UA-cam on how to set it up and I watched those videos to learn all the features first.
Once you get used to it all you have to do is think up you own melody and record the rhythm guitar first with or without the drums which is your option. Then I lay down my bass part as in this video. Then I just improvised my guitar parts over the loop.
This way you have your own ideas for creating your own backing tracks and the tool to do it. You can save and store your loops too which is great. Especially if you want to come back later and add more parts.
The guitar was built locally here in Newfoundland Canada. If features Australian made Sliders brand pickups built for the 50s style tones. Also has a Callaham bridge with the shorter Gilmour vibrato arm, nitro relic finish and a beautiful sunburst lightweight ash body.
      Cheers!
