I have a question about making flowers from buttercream icing for a wedding cake. Can I premake them the day before? If so, do I refrigerate them? I know I can with royal icing, but I really like working with buttercream. (I'm new to this, and your videos have helped me so much! I love your videos!)

What size is the baby mold that you pre-did? You mention the "mini" for cupcakes but what was the other size you showed already in the other mold? Thank you

Hi Jennifer. The more humid it is in your kitchen, the more condensation there will be when removing cold items from a mold. I place them on a sponge or paper towel with a small fan blowing over them. Once they are dried, you can color or paint them.
Can we use this chocolate paste to make flowers?
Yes, scultping chocolate works very well for molding. You can also mix it 50/50 with fondant.

Can you eat the fondant?
Yes, fondant is an edible icing.
I suppose you would have to be using more than one mold otherwise it would be a slow process.

Only "English" or "auto generated English". Is the French subtitle no longer available or what? I am watching you in France.
