    The flower mold could you use almond bark in instead of fondant? I don’t like fondant!!

    • @ShopCountryKitchen
      @ShopCountryKitchen  Рік тому +1

      That should work as well-- we recommend freezing the mold after you have filled the mold with the melted almond bark!

    Could you do a video on 3d molded chocolate? I'm trying to do an Eiffel tower .it keeps breaking in the middle when trying to get them out. Also, any tips on melting white chocolate? Mine is always too thick. I usually try 50 to 70% power. The paraffin helps but makes the choc taste waxy . Thank you! I loved this video! Just enough detail!

      Are you using real chocolate or candy melts?
      If you are noticing a paraffin or waxy taste to the chocolate, you may be using slightly too much.
      Are you refrigerating or freezing the mold after it has been filled?

    When I take the chocolate out of the silicone mild theres creases in the chocolate any ideas how to fix? I tap the milk down after i put the chocolate in

      Hm. Maybe try tapping a bit more. And when working with it, try keeping the mold on a cookie sheet while moving it to the freezer. That way the mold is not flexing when there is melted chocolate in it.

    You don't need to spray silicone molds with cooking spray for gummy candies.

      My guess is no since they didn't ¿

    • @ShopCountryKitchen
      @ShopCountryKitchen  Рік тому +3

      @@lindseysmith4225 you don't have to, but we love how easily the gummies pop out when sprayed. It saves time and prevents gummies from being stretched.

      You don’t have to spray food grade silicone molds / sturdy molds . Not all molds the same , some can make the de molding complicated depending on the texture of the silicone at room temp . Also depending on the method of which you’re making gummies using non stick/ spray could avoid the gummies sticking to one another without having to dump into sugar .

    Is there such a thing as vegan choc to make in these molds?

    • @ShopCountryKitchen
      @ShopCountryKitchen  4 місяці тому

      There is! They tend to melt thicker, so you may need to add some coconut oil to help thin it out.
