I have just bought your rose cutter, set of 3, and so glad I came across this on how to use it correctly. This is brilliant. My Rose Cutter came yesterday. Today I am playing with it. I never thought I could create such beautiful roses and so quickly. I asked below about using modeling chocolate. I couldn't get the chocolate alone thin enough without it tearing, so I mixed the chocolate with fondant. It works beautifully! Thank you for creating this simple yet effective tool and showing us how to use it. God bless.

I love this cutter. I have made multi colored roses using orange and yellow. I did one cut out orange then another yellow. I then cut those in half length wise and used the edible glue to fasten to the opposite. I used the roller to make sure there was a good bond between the two. Then I began the rolling and fold down process. They turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!
