Question. Regarding the case with the asymptomatic HIV pregnant Megan, I would have chosen C because it says she is asymptomatic so guidelines state to code Z21, but am I to assume oral thrush is a symptom of HIV, therefore I must code B20? Thanks for all your help. It's been great!
