Fitness, nutrition, daily sweating, out toxins built up in the body, then quality Hydration and food imput supp's vitamins etc. I'm sure she's got it dialed in real well...Im trying to definitely follow the lead of good fit influences like her. Shes spot on with this psoas and hip areas, it gets painfull breathe through it, slow down ur breathing do full deep breathes and keep at it! 😂- And you damn rite this amazing woman, is absolutely gorgeous.🌞
I was once diagnosed with a hernia by two different doctors, waking up after surgery , the doctor informed me that i did not have a hernia. A few years later, a sports doctor who worked with athletes told me i had a twisted pelvis, shorter leg, tight hip flexors and never should have had surgery for a hernia. His advice to see a physiotherapist helped tremendously. I am so impressed by your explanation and recommendations Zuzka. Thank you so much!
1:45 My wife broke her elbow in May. She had it in a cast for 6 weeks. When she finally got the cast off, she had to spend 4 months rehabilitating her shoulder and elbow, not because they were damaged. But merely because she hadn’t moved them. That just goes to show about our bodies…if you don’t use it, you lose it.
I’ve been having back, knee, ankle pain on my right side for years. To the point where walking has been a problem occasionally. I am just learning about how this could all be from hip issues and not needing major surgeries. This is a great video, very informative, and very helpful. Thank you for this.
Thank you. I bought the book "Trigger Point Therapy Workbook" years ago, when I thought I had "carpal tunnel syndrome". Massaging the trigger points a few times a day made it go away. I've used it for leg strains, and a variety of other problems. But I never thought of working the trigger points for my hip flexors. I am glad you brought this to our attention. 🙂
I’m so unbelievably grateful that I found this. I just completed eight weeks of physical therapy for my hip and I’m back to Tightness and pain I’m so glad to have something I can work on at home
Excellent advice! I learned the hard way that just because you are flexible doesn't mean you can overdo it. I am a senior male that can do the splits and deep squats for hours. However, as I was working for several weeks on projects at home, I found myself always in the squat position for hours while sorting through personal items. I developed a swelling in my left leg that ultimately was diagnosed as a blood clot. The doctor said I was probably sitting too much, which of course wasn't the case. When I told him I wasn't sitting, but mentioned and showed him the squatting position I was doing (for hours), he immediately saw that squatting for such an extended time as the possible cause for my blood clot. He said squatting and flexing are all good, but doing them too long can have negative effects, and said the body was designed to keep moving, so move (after the blood clot goes away).
Excellent tutorial, I have forgotten some of these techniques over the years. Pushing myself for 3 more years, need to implement immediately. Thank you. 🤗
The ageless beauty who just keeps getting more amazing each year. I love it when people take care of their mind, body and spirit with endless passion :D
Thank you! This is the only video that explained why i had severe pain in my hips, i could barely walk, after my divorce, selling my house, and having to move back with my parents to single parent my kid.
Very wise statements you hit root causes (sitting too long & stretching feels good initially but the problem returns right away after a few hours) very clearly. I'm trying this video's 3-step release & Pandiculation today and will study the Somatic Hip Flexor Release too. I'm an active athlete who self-solved IT Band, hip impingement, etc. due to over-training but I am left with solving Hip Flexors & Piriformis Syndrome to get back to normal ( 🙂), or achieve a new normal ( 😪 ). I'll check out your Zgym too. Thank you.
Good info, I felt like I learned some things that I've completely overlooked and nobody has mentioned in a way that allows us to learn our own bodies and health.
I so love that you're happy to dive deep into this important material that might not 'grab' people's attention like the other easy clickbait stuff might, and yet is exactly the missing link for all those people. I can tell you really genuinely care about improving as many people's health as possible and I'm here for it all day. Go Zuzka, you're effin awesome 🙌🥰 nothing makes life feel different quite like improving our hips, it's essentially our centre of movement, and free, strong hips feels like FREEDOM 😁
Batting cage balls (softball or baseball) work great. They have dimples (like a golfball), and have just a bit of "give" to them, unlike a lacrosse ball. Cheap too!
Zuzka, Thank you, ...It's reassuring that you are demonstrating hip stretches that I do. ... Others do not understand my stretches. ...The key is full range of motion with pressure. It gets the blood moving for body natural repair of muscle. ...I will add the stick method to my routine. I competitively the run and always competing. ...Thank you, 😊
You are absolutely brilliant, as always! Can you try beep test sometime and upload a real-time video? Would love to see how much you score. I am sure you will do great! Thank you.
Hello, I do not usually take the time to write a comment but when I discovered your UA-cam channel, it happened two earthquakes! First, I almost fell backwards, struck by your blazing aura and second, I was subjugated by your Goddess-worthy figure.. I finally found my favorite channel!
This is awesome, thank you! And interestingly, I’m finding it more tight/ painful on the opposite hip flexor to the problem side area leaning into the kettlebell. The second step was super intense, wow! I’m encouraged to keep doing these to help my hips relax a bit and not feel like the old lady I have become😁
The reason why most people find it hard to fix their tight hip flexors, is because they focus too much on the hip flexor instead of how tight your entire hip is. Standing in a deep squat for as long as you can and stretch your groin twice a day is what helped loosen up my hip. Can do squats now without pain because of those 2 exercises.
My acupuncturist leans in on these points... and it hurts. She ends up having to remind me to keep breathing, in fact. Got to admit, though, that afterward things feel open and great.
Thanks for your tips. I already work a lot around my center body and hips. And i can confirm that it's worth it to invest some time to feel good. I feel so much better even than 20 years ago. Everyone should take some time to get a better body feeling.
Zuska!:) I am looking for a 30 minute Barre workout. Do you have one or can you create one lol? I love Ballet. I am thinking about leaving the house here and there to join a class but I have a one year old and work full time. Not yet sure if I am down for that commitment.
Amazing how many many years you are making great video's. And didn't seem to age.
thats exactly what i thought😎
It's hard to believe that she drinks a beer 🍻
@timshanemelton well beer ain't bad. Just overdoing things are bad
It's like she got even younger.

Finally someone speaks to my chronic issues. Thank you thank you.

Bet they charged you for surgery anyway.
Zuzka you are amazing, one of best channels on YT. Happy 2024!

I look forward to trying these techniques. I have arthritis in my hips and back and flexibility is a real problem.

Great video! Can you please send a link of the tool you used on your lower abs? Thanks.
