Hi, I limit my carbs upto 20 gms. I know it is very difficult to leave the food which we grow on. It been 3 months and I have lost around 10 Kgs. I need to loose another 10 and I will be good to go. Keep a check on the multivitamins. Good luck.

I recently discovered rujuta. But i always had the same ideas. I lost 35 kilos 6 years ago and have maintained it. She doesnt talk more than common sense. Also, when rujuta says grandmother, she means traditionally what elders have been saying in your region. Doesnt mean your grandmother would know exactly...she is an individual and could be unhealthy or have certain unhealthy habits just like anyone else. For those who gained weight, clearly you went wrong somewhere? Maybe portions were too large?

Means she eats during the day but foods very low in calorie and only ONE Teaspoon ghee !!! And the biggest thing at top: Every human body needs his own designed diet. What works for Kareena Kapoor might not good for XY....Please people start using your COMMON SENSE!!!
