The only event that you can predict exactly whats going to happen at every point of the ride. The truly hard part would be commentating it and trying to make the 100th barrel ride seem exciting. Joey has the biggest challenge. 😄

I love wave pools, however has anyone worked out what it costs to produce one wave?
To buy a day at the Kelly Slater Surf Ranch is $32,000, off-season rate (peak season is $50K). Surfers get 15 waves per hour during an 8-hour day to share. 120 waves in total, at $266 a wave, off peak, or $417 per wave, peak season.

@@jotapslv7 o cara já ganhou duas vezes lá brincando e só não ganhou o em 2021 pq seguraram demais as notas. Não tem que provar mais nada. E ninguém é tão equilibrado de front e back quanto ele. A maioria só tem front.

Los Angeles will host the Olympics in 2028, which leaves PLENTY of great surf sports: Pipe, Sunset, Surf City. I SWEAR TO GOD, If the committee chose to have surfing take place at the Ranch, I will boycot the event completely -,-
