JD Vance gave good and clear answers. He didn't get confused by any of the questions, looked the interviewer straight in the eyes, was calm and explained his case.

I'd agree Vance is glib, much more verbal than Donald Trump, but much of what he's saying skirts over the reality of what Trump and Vance have committed to in the past, even though there are videos, recorded interviews.
Trump had 4 years to pursue all the policies he and Vance appear to believe are so important, and Dems have repeatedly tried to pass legislation to improve the lives, health of families, but had them blocked by members of the GOP.
Also wondering if you understand what Plan 2025, which Trump HAS been actively involved in developing would institute if Trump is elected.

I would like to see her grill Kamala like this but sadly watching Brennan shows her obvious lack of professionalism showing an obvious slant. Her demeanor is bitter and biting and full of contempt vs that which we have come to respect in top notch journalism. Perhaps it is her lack of intelligence in comparison to Vance that causes her such discomfort and causes her to remain in attack mode. Vance keeping his cool is a great sign of his potential for future diplomacy. Of all candidates on the table, I would feel most comfortable sending Vance out speaking on our behalf to other nations. Ever gracious and respectful, not a hot head, not a giggling idiot, with integrity and strength of purpose. Something we have not seen in a long while.

I had no idea who JD Vance was. I've heard media call him "weird" or something and expected a little trump. To my surprise this dude is awesome. Clear, articulate, with plan, and a real answer to all questions... finally a politician that actual makes sense.

As a lifelong democrat, I’m voting Trump 2024. This interview is a perfect example of why:
Your opposition agrees to sit down with you (something I’ve never seen a democrat do), lead with rudeness, carefully craft 20 gotcha questions rather than real conversation starting topics, interrupt when being proved wrong, change topics when corrected, lead with emotionally charged arguments exclusively (hardly ever policy related), the list goes on and on. It’s utterly exhausting. This JD guy handled it like a pro, seems like a genuine American man with good ideas and a respectful demeanor. But other left leaning media outlets paint him as a complete monster, wtf? I’m switching teams, it’s actually embarrassing to be associated with “the left” that I grew up as.

What the fact check failed to mention was that the Born-Alive Act was to protect babies born alive, so while JD mixed up his words, he was correct on Kamala's position of supporting abortion even after the moment of birth.
Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act: Harris voted against this act in February 2020, which sought to require that any child born alive following an attempted abortion receive the same level of care as any other newborn.
I thought I was the only one who noticed that! It's more important to them that JD is painted as a liar than it is to actually clarify what was said….pretty sad. What’s more diabolical is their assumption that people won’t actually look it up.

I've now watched all three of J.D. Vance's interviews, CBS, ABC and CNN. It is amazing to see how aggressive the grilling was by all three network "journalists". You never see this kind of tough questioning of Democrats, and further strengthens my conviction that the media has an extremely liberal bias. I honestly had never heard Senator Vance speak prior to these interviews, and was very impressed with his poise, tact and his ability to counter the oblivious liberal attacks/traps in each question.
They’re all horrible. Very condescending and rude and disrespectful. It’s truly unacceptable that our media acts this way.

I'm ashamed to say I voted for Biden in 2020. I've been a Democrat my entire life. I grew up in a union household, with parents who were Democrats. I also must confess that I voted for Biden because I was a Trump hater. What a difference 3 and a half years has made in me, concerning my political leanings. And it's not because I've changed my values. Nope. It's because the Democrat party of my parents' time, as well as my younger years, has deteriorated into something that no longer resembles the party that I once believed represented my values. Ironically, Donald Trump and JD Vance represent many of the values that the Democrats of old once did. Now I can say, with pride and gusto, Trump/Vance 2024!

I am an Independent who was going to vote for RFK Jr in Nov. However, I am now voting for Trump. He's not perfect but he has a history of running and leading a successful country for 4 years. Times were much better when Trump was in office, we were better off financially. I could actually AFFORD things and all our taxes werent going to the war machine!
