I bought a Mazda CX-7 new in 2010.. After driving a camery and accord my whole life, I was very skeptical about a Mazda cause I didn't know much about them.. But I will tell you it's been a great vehicle. 5yrs and 70,000 miles later I still haven't had any trouble with it.. Great vehicle
I own a car just like this one and I love it, I've owned three Mazdas now two Diesels and one Petrol, the Petrol was brilliant, sooo reliable it was unbelievable, but i do too much milage so switched back to Diesel, I hope it hold out as the first diesel gave me trouble after 120 000 miles, (i do my research only buy the good ones) the petrol hit 120 000 miles and i sold it because i got bored , even the clutch held out, i changed the oil every 12500 miles and that was it for 7 years, i really hope the same with the CX5, ive serviced it twice so far and sevicing this car is easy, easier then the petrol as the dip stick on the petrol sucked. I bought this car as the Automatic is made by Mazda and that cant be a bad thing, by the way all of the Mazda's i have bought a chain engines not belts this is important to me, the car is comfortable and handles well, my wife ownes a VW GTI and i cant wait to get back in the Mazda after driving the GTI, i love the GTI but is a short distance car only, the CX5 i could drive all day its a joy.
The 2015 Hyundai Tucson is the best SUV in this segment for 2015/2016. I have already ordered mine and it's coming in July 2015. The 2015 Mazda CX-5 is an underpowered SUV with numb handling and lacks rear vents! It uses the same engine as the Mazda 3 which is a huge disappointment because the power/weight ratio is quite poor for an SUV of this size.
What are WITH these Hyundai Tucson spambots? They're literally everywhere on these review vids. I almost believed that they were real reviewers on the first 2 , but like 40 deep now I realized that they are definitely paid or spam bots.
2016 model in the N/A market is 2015 model in the Aus market. Same car build. The car being reviewed above is the 2015 model here in Aus it is the most current build as you can tell by the horizontal grill whereas the previous build had the honeycomb grill as well as the obvious MZD change in the new model. I imagine it's due to the sales and productions cycle differences in the different markets. Nothing about being stupid, although one could ask the marketing guys why make it complicated for us poor consumers ??? It's just something to be mindful of when watching reviews of the same cars but being reviewed by reviewers in different markets.

CX 5 is the best SUV by far. Hyundai , KIA and some others are miles back. Mazda has the best engine .
Thanks you for the video, really nice car.
I was wondering why it seemed to be summertime but then I realized that it is actually summertime in Australia xD
I have never seen a car review featuring so many wheelie bins....

David Bennett I agree with you. According to Barron's, Hyundai has received record high orders for the 2016 Hyundai Tucson.
David Bennett Mazda makes disappointing SUVs.
David Bennett Thanks for telling me. The new Hyundai Tucson looks stunning!
stop spamming all the mazda reviews !!! a bunch of bots ...trying to undermine the car

No rear air vents? that's just unacceptable...
2016 mazda cx5 had just came out, and today as of Mar 4, 2015, you're showing us a review of the 2014 model? What's wrong with you?
You must be American.
