Hey Martbez, thank you! I purchased the wooden molds on Amazon, here is the link - a.co/d/cRPsPeC and the sculpting tool I purchased forever ago at an art store. I found a link on Amazon as well for a 6 pcs sculpting tool set a.co/d/clrP5Cb. Hopefully this helps ☺
Thanks for sharing! I like them all.
You're welcome!

It was fun indeed!
Where the heck do you get wooden moulds??? And that nifty "scooper" tool that you lift the clay with? Love your ornaments! ❤

@@toshkinhaus Thanks! It definitely helps.

Put the filled plastic mold in a freezer for twenty minutes. They’ll pop right out and the clay isn’t harmed.
Great idea! Thanks, I will have to try it out next time.
Straw works well for the hole
Yes!
Just found you! I love using molds, how about corn starch, it's works in silicone. 💝
Welcome to the channel! I have not tried the cornstarch method in the molds but I will definitely have to give it a try.
@toshkinhaus Thank you. 💝

Could your problems with the first mold be because it is a soap mold?
I do think that was a big part of it. I may try a different release agent next time to see if it’s easier.
Oil in the plastic molds will work better than flour or cornstarch.
I never thought about using oil. Will it effect the clay?
