I’m an architect and this house doesn’t seem to represent anybody, it’s just a bunch of “rich items put together in a prejudice way” they assume they play sports and poker instead of making activity rooms that they could feel really themselves inside of it, this house just seems to impress people who come to it but not make the people who live in it at home, and not to mention this girls showing the house, seems more scripted and forced than anything else I’ve ever watched.
The Good: The little bed nook in the theater room would be my favorite spot in the house The Bad: The projector screen in the bedroom is jankie as hell, too small and old for the space, would need to update that. "The golf course has views rivaling any in the world" Yeah I don't think so. More of a community center than a home, it has more activity centers than bedrooms.

The hot one (with the waist belt) is a beauty.. ..But the wider dwarf one with the crepe face is tough to look at. Definitely robotic! I had to check if my playback was set to .5X speed when she started talking! This video has been viewed over 600,000 times - you'd think she would have practiced her lines before filming but definitely not so. She must have been busy testing out that pizza oven after looking at that dress! But the skinnier one... mmmm mmmmm mmmm yes! I'm glad that she previewed the Master so I could actually picture myself in the house unlike with her heavy-set partner! Oh my gosh she is speaking so robotically like she practiced her script one two many times. Also ice rink is impressive as well as the size of the house but the inside is literally hideous! The designer had no taste- it's SO plain and almost cheap looking. How does this happen

..But the wider dwarf one with the crepe face is tough to look at. Definitely robotic! I had to check if my playback was set to .5X speed when she started talking! This video has been viewed over 600,000 times - you'd think she would have practiced her lines before filming but definitely not so. She must have been busy testing out that pizza oven after looking at that dress!
But the skinnier one... mmmm mmmmm mmmm yes! I'm glad that she previewed the Master so I could actually picture myself in the house unlike with her heavy-set partner!
Oh, and speaking of Master Bedroom.. the bathroom opens right up to the closet so all of the clothes will get moldy from the sink and tub - AND THE ONLY SHOWER IS OUTSIDE! California is cold in July - who would want to shower outside in January????
like you need to try and sale this house, with their descriptions of what a shower and a bedroom is. Just open the door, and shut up. The house sales itself. I dont even understand what a real estate agent does?
