Good job ..... your disassembly is way more than I've ever done. One thing I notice you didn't pull was the accelerator pump non-return ball bearing. At 11:33 your left thumb is above the pin that keeps the ball bearing in
excellent video one question could you get the kit of spare parts for spikes and gaskets for the carburetor solex h30 / 31 pic? I'm from Zacatecas Mexico
Very helpfull video!! But i have a question. When i had the bottom part of the carburetor completely stripped i mentioned a little rattle inside of it. I think the little rattling sound comes from the accelerator pump assembling side. Is this normal? Or is this little rattling thing inside cause a problem? Thanks already
Great video, honestly I've never felt the need to fully go thru the carb how you did. Imo just pop out and unclog the jets and soak the rest of it in diesel to get it clean
@@tepp4083 Sorry, guess I was a bit surly that day..... I too am wanting to rebuild my carb, so have watched many videos....there are a couple small ball bearings that need to be removed …..on you tube, check out "classic vw bugs" they have a excellent video on how to do this, well, I watched it a couple times, they tend to go a little fast

The Missouri Traveler didn’t hear that
There are 2 check balls in the carb. 1 under the brass peice facing up by main jet and 1 behind a brass pin in front of the carb. Great video !
Just commented about the pump check ball (as you call it)
Is it just me that has trouble hearing you?
I have no idea...
well....you almost got it. If you don't know what you are doing then don't make videos
Hey Jeep, what things did he do wrong in this video? I want to rebuild my carb and don't want to make any mistakes.

Are all carbs the same ? No matter the years?
LIFTED DRIFTED No. check the specific type. Pict 34 vs 30. The principles and techniques are the same though.
Pretty Cool 👍👍
