    Cajun Fried Chicken
    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Ready In: 30 minutes
    Yield: Serves about 6
    6 chicken thighs
    6 chicken drumsticks
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup buttermilk
    ½ cup Franks Hot Sauce
    1 egg
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon white pepper
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 tablespoon salt
    Vegetable Oil for frying
    Instructions
Pour the vegetable oil in a skillet until it is about ¾ inch deep. Heat to 350 degrees.
Season the chicken thighs and drumsticks with 2 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Set aside.
Prepare the wet ingredients by combining the buttermilk, hot sauce, and egg in a shallow dish. Whisk together until well combined.
Prepare the breading by combining the flour, cornstarch, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt in a shallow dish. Mix it thoroughly.
Dip each piece of seasoned chicken into the wet ingredients. Shake it gently to remove the excess. Place it in the breading mix and coat thoroughly. Tap off the excess.
Place the breaded chicken into the 350 degree oil. Fry 3 or 4 pieces at a time. The chicken will drop the temperature of the oil so keep it at about 325 degrees. Fry each piece for 14 minutes, turning each piece over about every 2 minutes. Set a timer to make it easy.
Remove from the oil and place on paper towels. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes before serving so no one burns their mouth with hot oil.

    Drastically double the pepper
And then do the same steps as usual. Also making dirty rice with double the pepper
I didn't sit there and try to eat. As you're 13 months old child and sitting there. I think like some kind of little brand new just out of egg bird
You all just when you already know can't stand anything that's hot
So you're pretty sure if that was not either
But you're wrong and they eat and they won't stop and it's hot and you know it. But they don't seem to care
Then they're older sister wants some and well. Idiots up all over the floor with her screaming hot
But yeah, she said they're in devoured. Pretty much everything she could off. My plate which had double pepper in it
Cause red pepper of any kind well i've got it including the carolina reaper
So I like things extremely hot
I didn't ask for one time because you know we didn't see eye to eye. The biological mother is a well. I'd rather not say but it's nasty either way
I got to see my baby and I asked her. Do you like hot foods cause? Yeah, I love cajun but don't know why
Don't worry about that baby. I know why you like it so much. Trust me, I watch tweet most of my plate without any problem. The only reason why I had to feed Most of it to you is because you eat fast and you scream a lot

Chicken, flour, seasoning salt and hot grease is all you need. Just because it's crunchy doesn't make it good. That's way too much crap.

What you described is flavorless. Cajun fried chicken is much better!

Everything looks great except nobody should be using vegetable oil to fry. It's carcinogenic and the Omega 6 content is through the roof. According to actual science, lard (or some other single bond animal fat) is OK to use and tastes way better. Just my 2 cents I like to see people stay as healthy as possible. :-)
