    ✅Ingredients
    DOUGH:
    • 1 cup warm milk
    • 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
    • 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons salted butter, softened
    • 1 large egg
    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    FILLING:
    • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
    GLAZE:
    • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

    1️⃣ 00:28 - In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs. Add in flour. Using a dough hook, turn the mixer on to a low speed.
    2️⃣ 02:00 - Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase the speed to a medium range. Add more flour as necessary so that the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough mixture should be tacky, but not stick to your hands. It should be soft. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency. The amount of flour you add in bread making is always an approximation and you should go by feel.
    3️⃣ 02:37 - Transfer the dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
    4️⃣ 03:21 - Lightly grease a baking sheet. Punch down the dough and roll into a 12 inch by 18 inch rectangle.
    5️⃣ 03:43 - Brush the dough with 1/2 cup melted butter. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of the melted butter. Roll up tightly lengthwise so you have one long roll. Use plain dental floss or a sharp knife to cut the dough into 12 one-inch slices.
    6️⃣ 04:53 - Place the slices onto a lightly 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake the rolls for about 14 minutes, until just kissed with brown on top.
    7️⃣ 05:32 - While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the cream cheese glaze by using a hand mixer to whip together cream cheese and butter in a bowl until light and fluffy. Whip in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Add enough milk to achieve a drizzle-like consistency.
    8️⃣ 06:29 - Frost the rolls while still warm. Serve immediately or cool and store. Stays good for 4 to 5 days.

    This is by far the best cinnamon roll recipe that I've ever tried. It is so easy yet sooo yummy! I made them two times in 4 days and I don't think today will be my last! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe and I can't wait to try your other recipes! God bless

    If you use softened butter rather than melted butter you won't get all the butter squishing out. After all, we want to eat that butter not have to clean it off the countertop.

    I just got done making these this morning... at 10:15am.. and they were delicious and soft.. but on the bottom they were mushy like and doughy, so My Questions is to you , Did I possibly put to much Butter on the rolled out dough, or did I not Bake long enough? I baked 325 degrees and 15 minutes.. I think these may have been the problem, but then Who Am I to say ? I just hope you tell me what I did wrong.. but in all they were really good, even though I had to eat with fork... I like when you can pick them up in your hand... mine sure are not for handling...I will make them again I hope with out mistakes... Please Tell me.. what I may have did wrong... Cause I love The Taste of them.. Oh also... I wet some raisins down and drained them, dried them well.. could this of caused it.. I only throwed a 1/4 cup on the rolled out dough..

    I just wanted you to know these were the best cinnamon rolls ever. Thank You so much for all your help. I made them 3 times before and could not get them to rise. I checked everything I did, even the exspiration was good. So Sunday morning I followed everything you did and they rose like a blooming flower. You have me for life. As soon as I finish this I'm going to watch how you fry steaks because that's what we're having with a baked potato. Thank You again.

    OMG!! I made these cinnamon rolls last night and they was sooooo good. The ONLY recipe I'll ever use again!! I filled 2 pie pans so I could share with my son and daughter-in-law. I loved the cream cheese icing as well. I got a text from him later after they went home. They loved them too!! Thank you sooooo much for this recipe. Sooooo delicious!!! God bless you always

    The rolls are wonderful. I added walnuts to center mixture. The best thing about these cinnamon rolls is, they don't set heavy on your tummy. They are light and fluffy and you don;'t feel like you just ate a brick! Thank you so much for the recipe. I baked these a little longer than you specified.
