I’ve had great success with semiconductors and chips this year. I invested about 47k in December and I am up ~$310k.. I think this tech bull market continues well into 2025 :)
@Otis-the-III What’s your strategy? I can’t seem to wrap my head around all these market concepts, stock picking gets me confused not to speak of entry points, it’s sooooo confusing!
My problem is I started so good I thought I was invincible. My first swing I made almost 300% and thought I was just a genius I was humbled very quickly when I realized I was much more lucky than smart
Understand it’s no game of luck or gamble, rather it’s dedication and consistency, meaning you’d have to become a lifelong learner. Having pro guidance is always a smart alternative. Takes out the guesswork.
Hi Anthony, would it be possible to go into more detail about the rationale behind your swing and longer term trades? This is less related to your video today. Most of us listeners are unfortunately unable to day trade for professional reasons, so the longer term approach is more important.
I'm curious as to whether anybody else here works night shift and therefore is resting during trading hours. If so, what kind of strategies do you use to offset the disadvantages of not being able to check the market during regular hours, enter exit trades, etc. Thanks!
Yes, Saturday's video was great. I even bought the books today. (Hedge Fund Edge & Options as a Strategic Investment). Would like more and more explanation from you about option greeks and how the prices of options move.
Bro, you're killing g me right now. "That's just mean" got me hard. I laugh because I was thinking the same exact thing. Makes you feel like they know something big is coming, so they are literally leading the lambs to the slaughter. Great chart work to btw, I didn't want to leave that unsaid.
I’m absolutely interested in any and all information you would care to share regarding options. I have a rudimentary experience with some ‘book’ knowledge. It seems the information I’ve garnered is not particularly useful in real time. Turning that into a functional skill would be outstanding. Or for that matter, scrapping everything and starting over would be fine, too. I’m not stuck in any particular way of thinking. I’m just a piece of clay waiting to be molded.
Damn. Excellent analysis. But, just light up a room and leave, huh? Gamma-gamma-hey! Gamma-gamma-hey! We love or hate you? Creative license ala Ramones.
Dude has been trying to speak the market to go the other direction for days now. S&P is going to fill the gap below and thats good thing. Its going to be okay
Love to see more education on Options side of things. Thanks for the video's they're all extremely helpful to someone in the middle of still figuring it out!
🎉 hey buddy, 👋 the media is pushing a herd narrative of Cisco.. but Nvidia is more like Sun microsystems. Be among the first to break this angle.. please
Also the options tip at the end is helpful! How do you decide what your price is for your stop loss? Do you use an actual stop loss or a mental? I used to use them, but I felt on stocks like mstr where the bid ask was wide. The market makers would always find my stop loss and take my money, only to reverse.

That makes sense. If it is okay with you, could you say a little bit more on this? Perhaps you have someone who shows you the ropes… I’d like that too

What they did on those names is what they do on TSLA all the time now it just expanded to other tech names
Yes please make a video on the greeks that would be awesome!
Love the transparency and how you connect the dots

Use alerts on charts and a longer time frames. Set alerts at key levels and trade liquid names
Love the analysis! People are forgetting that the repurchase and full rebalance for NVDA is 3 days. MU beats and this thing rockets.

hype moves option prices rapidly. Time and moving sideways kills option values

PANW options are horrible
They did me dirty today on PANW
The options that you're holding overnight, how far out until they expire (7 DTE)?
I want to say thank you to the guy in the comments who recommended Unimantic to me. You've been very helpful. Thank you!
Dude every time it should dump it just blows up 😂
Time to embrace the put
Is it our new leader lol 😂 you made my night

1.7T pump 😅🤣😂🥃🥃
🤔👍😁
Hopefully, we have a trading range with NVDA. Trim/trade looks like the play. I'd like to see how it moves this summer. Judgment day 8/23🤔

Hi At: Nvidia is ugly right now…16% down from high…last big pullback was 20%. Ty

If you look at the charts.
When the media changes their "RSI" to "overbought" in the message, you know the heavyweights think its time for a sell off.
Isn't financials leading?
Great info! Always appreciate the knowledge sharing. I am getting smoked on nvda. Should have just cut my losses at the open.
