My husband has a very obstinate personality. No matter what I would say, he would say the opposite. I had read a few years ago how unmethylated B vitamins, especially folic acid could cause this. When I changed his B vitamins to methylated, what a change in personality!

Thank you so much for these videos. I found out the hard way I have deficiencies of vitamin B12, folate, and Iron. Following these steps, as well as my medication, and my treatment from my hematologist, I'm almost back to normal. Hoping my blood comes out normal after 4 months of treatments and changes. Liver and folate has made a difference. Thank you so much!!! You literally saved my life!! I'm still breathing!

My precious wife has pernicious anaemia and gets injections every eight weeks. Yet, she still suffers fatigue with periodical spurts of energy and when she is active it spirals and becomes tired of living, getting tearful and wants to die. It is very distressing to see her suffer in this way which worries me greatly!
I would be extremely grateful to anyone with any advice.
    Desperate husband!

I enjoyed this. I regularly eat the things you described here, but I can't get past the liver. I choke and gag on it every time I get it in my mouth. I have been this way since early childhood. My parents were unrelenting at trying to force feed it to me. Surely there are plenty of folates in the other foods that I love.

It's amazing when I follow certain Health gurus trying to learn as much as I can about health. Then seeing how a lot of what they're saying pretty much all Falls inline with each other then to actually see some collaborate with each other is awesome. Jordan Rubin was my first health professional that I read books on that I believe was in 2005 I started to follow dr. Axe I would say August but 2017. I've tried to get ahold of mr. Rubin but apparently you have to be rich and a VIP I did see dr. Brasco gastroenterologist and Alabama I don't know if you still does but he used to consult with mr. Rubin. But I still read books I'm still grinding the gears I would love to get into this field my goal is to get myself healthy but also others. I'm one of those conundrums doctors can't figure it out I've lost everything doctors don't do anything the food industry doesn't do anything this is something you just have to learn for some people their lives depend on it eat healthy alkalize detoxify regenerate and yes folic acid is good LOL but shout out I love you guys maybe one day I could get to your level.

Since pesticides such as glyphosate block the absorption of folate in the gut due to disruption of gut bacteria, what do you recommend for pregnancy? I feel like a food based vitamin will not be effective with pesticide exposures from food but folic acid is harmful as well. I don't react well to methyfolate, the pre meytholated version.

The first I've heard that folic acid intake causes a b12 deficiency! And promoting not taking it as according to you it's a cancer cause. Folate is needed for b12, and folate deficiency affects b12 levels if you lack folate you'll have a b12 deficiency

Folic acid is synthetic, man-made. Your body goes through extra processes to be able to use it. If you are about like 50 percent of the population with the mutation of the MTHFR gene, then your body can't use it very much at all. Take methylfolate which is much easier for those people to use

Why the heck do we have to take folate supplements when we can get high quality probiotic that can produce all B vitamins complex (including folate) in the gut? Or even better eat fermented foods such as homemade coconut youghurt with one ( probiotic) supplement powder over it or saukruat. Very easy & cheap to do. We don't need bunch of vitamins. It is such a waste of energy & money. You need to talk alot of probiotic - the living bacteria for human physiology because the world barely think about it

This channel is propagandistic in that it has just shown ONE meat source for folates and all the rest plant sources; and it’s the one thing they know people don’t like to eat! But plenty of animal sources are rich in B9; oily fish, especially salmon, is one example; eggs haven’t huge amounts but you dont just eat eggs do you? There are many more but please, when a YT channel does this, unless you’re already propagandised beyond redemption against animal products, AVOID.
