Well for one thing, not all of those things happen where people will even come across the damage, see Einzbern castle, second, hypnosis exists
In a way Shirou does resemble the original idea behind the Grail war quite well. Salvation lies beyond the grasp of Humanity just as Shirous ideal of a Heroe of Justice one that saves everyone is beyond anything a Human can reach. He is very much like Zolgen in this manner or at least EMIYA is very much like Zolgen in the way he gave up his own humanity to reach this dream that he inherited from another person only to fall and lose sight of his original goal.
I think that the Shirou who at the end of his life enters Avalon and reunites with saber is the one who truly reached beyond the grasp of Humanity. After all only those free from sin can enter Avalon if i am not mistaken. And doesnt this imply that in the end salvation for Humanity is possible?
It depends on what "existence" is... To me... Avalon can be dismantled but I generally oversee the omnipotent ones even after leaving my throne.
But in universe... Shirou might be an exception, seeing as it's only him and Saber as far as the audience can see.
Humanity's salvation is a volatile one... Even up to the bitter end, time and time again.

I mean you are NOT wrong. But still. Unlike Shirou and Ritsuka you don't have plot on your side. That's the point you question if you're the main character or a side character? What are you supposed to do against that? In THAT situation!? Imagine you're a... let's say, decent Magus and you're in the HG.War. You summons probably, an Archer(Tomoe Gozen), or a Saber(Barghest). You two pull up to the battlefield.

Master: "How so? That Master is just a normal human chosen by the Holy Grail. That chosen Master isn't special in any way."
King Assassin: "You might right... Then again... The Servantless Master seem to know a few things beyond normal human capabilities. Although, it could be just all talk with no bite."
The Tree/Akasha: "Why... Are you here?"
Me: "It's good to be back in the grand interventions of my true kin."
Akasha: "A soul will one day be your equal, and you will fall from that soul's resolve."
Me: "The only one who could ever temper my soul is no longer here and I will do this on my own... Akasha, let it be known, across all of existence. That the one and only Void Emperor of the Eternal Kingdom has returned. Along with the incarnate of my Legions... ... ... My proper intervention begins now."
Akasha: "Someone will change your view even if it takes eternities to do so."
Me, after Akasha burns by Void Fire: "I wished you were right, Akasha, but time isn't on my side. The other omnipotent ones will inevitably intervene, and my own insanity might take control by the end of it all... To protect everything. I must change the End before a fatal fate plays out."
Star Scourge Void Knight: "We must leave before the Remnants or the Primordials arrive here."
Me: "Tell my generals to prepare my armadas. We have unfinished business to do. This iteration of Earth shall know what will arrive... ... ... Eos, it is time."
Eos: "The veil between worlds shall be undone. Sanctum 5, be on route to that dimension."

It wouldn't be the first time that omnipotence blocked me off from entering other dimensions.
That said... "Me" or in name alone, "Absol" is the incarnate of True Existence and the Nothingness (Eternal Void). There are two others who carry my soul but they are beyond Existence. Omnipotent entities won't stand in "our" way too much, outside of keeping the Balance as I once designed for them eternities ago, before leaving the omni throne.
In other words, King Assassin isn't really a threat to Absol, despite his abilities. But since the Holy Grail chose Absol because his Requiem Key always takes a human form while being a small fragment of Absol... Everything had move forward prematurely.
... Akasha/The Tree is from the very same origin as Absol, that being at the Core of Existence where Absol's true soul was once the Emperor of. Should fate have them meet, depending on the Ends, Absol can and will burn Akasha into the Nothingness. However, (just like the Fate VN game) it might not end in that path. King Assassin only hastened the outcome for Absol.
Absol: "Akasha... Should your very existence fall into the End. Don't expect mercy from me. For now, however, I do intend to intervene in the Holy Grail War. Since I won't be the only one who will intervene from the Beyond."

Existence to me is different from existence to you. That's why omnipotence is a crutch to me...
Or in other words... King Assassin was irrelevant to the grand intervention. Thus, returning to Earth was always a part of the plan. Meeting up with the realm, Akasha, was only for a second opinion or for one of the Endings.
In the end, I am the one and only, Void Emperor of Existence...

Well, this is first time I heard that Kiritsugu did some contigency plan to make sure that the holy grail war will not happen anymore after the 4th. Besides, I didn't know that much about the holy grail war system before.
I don't think there was. If I recall, before the Grail Wars. There was the Counter Force created by Gaia (Earth) for Mankind. The Holy Grail was originally designed to bypass the Counter Force because it would stop anyone from reaching the Tree normally. Usually by summoning Counter Guardians, Heroic Spirits as Counter Guardians, or anyone adept in finishing the mission.
It was only until the three families lost their original purpose that they indirectly corrupted the Holy Grail long before Angra stepped in. Thus, very few actually make it to the Tree through the Holy Grail or most rather obtain something else.

I never imagined that the concept of ley lines was created by a British dude. I had always assumed they were an Eastern development aligned with Feng Shui. It appears the ideals have merged over time, but I was watching this channel for extra lore on servants, not to comprehend fundamentals of architectural design. That is to say, I was really surprised by this fact, and that is awesome! I may sound a little over excited, but this "discovery" is in opposition to something I thought I "knew." Personally, I love finding out I was wrong (when it doesn't really affect me personally), so I'm just really happy to learn something new!
I didn't know Justize was used to make the Grail. That's kinda dope actually, imagine being a literal wish granting device.

I think this is one of my most favorite videos from Tsiah IV due to the overwhelming understanding of all the stuff I was confused about just suddenly make me go "Ohhhhhh!" There's a lot of content that the writers of the Type-Moon and Fate content just gradually apply to their different works which makes it hard to put pieces together. I'm glad Tsiah IV goes through all that information extensively and brings it all together to make sense for those small brained peeps like me. I appreciate the work you put in to pass on the info for the simpletons. I love Type-Moon content and your videos simplify the stuff enough for me to love it more and introduces new perspectives on the works. Again thank you! haha

Sick vid as always, every time I see a notification pop up for an upload I get hyped cause I’m always hungry for more nasuverse lore and I know you’ll deliver it in a chill and funny way. Speaking of which I’ve only really got into the nasuverse in the past two months, I’ve loved fate for years but never knew about tsukihime, kara no youkai and the one I want to ask about, notes. Do you think we’ll ever see more of notes. as in like a full fledged VN or maybe even an anime? I know Nasu said he hopes to one day flesh it out more, but I’m just curious to see what you and everyone else in the community who’s been around for a minute think.
I'm sure it'll come back eventually in some shape or form since it's VERY clear that Nasu has not forgotten it. I'd love for it to be an OVA or something since it's not a long story.

I that the reason the grail manifested so quickly from the 4th to the 5th war was because a wish wasn't granted and plenty of the prana that needed to be absorbed for resummoning stayed there.
Makes me think when the mud was falling could Gil stop the mud, if he wanted. Be like i wont let that think touch me!
I think Gil might even try to stop the mud if he was summoned in a time where (in his eyes) he respected his people (mankind). Otherwise, in UBW... He already made a decision the moment his body became real by the mud (unbounded from his Heroic Spirit body).

Awesome! I’ve been looking into her a lot more recently and while I am not able to read the hollow ataraxia visual novel, I did hear of some feats of her in it combined with her prisma illiya variant and she may be my new favorite character in fate. A master who can fight servants with her bare hands and win is always going to be cool to me!
Basically a cool idea. Hopefully in the Fake Strange/Fake adaptation we'll finally see a real conclusion to the grail system as it was intended.

@tsiah IV, I love your content, and I’d like to know if you can explain why archer doesn’t use Avalon for defense and only Rho Aias. He should be able to replicate it 100%. Is it ineffective without saber?
I think its because avalon isn't an actual weapon in concept, im not sure though
Question regarding artifacts to use as catalyst for summoning. Let's say I want to summon Superman...do I need all of the comic books that depicts only him to be my catalyst for summoning him in the grail war?
Assuming Superman is a real deceased person in-universe, it's murky. In Fate/Strange Fake, there was a fake version of Jack the Ripper (a spirit of someone else forced to materialize as JTR) because the catalyst was an imitation of a real knife he used. But why do you think you would need all of the comic books? Iskandar and his double were summoned from only a piece of his mantle. Any Knight of the Round can be summoned with a piece of the table, depending on your personal compatibility.

If he could be summoned, then it might be a different superman...one that only looks like him. Not the original. Just like JTR in strange fake, summoned from a knife replica, not from the original.

Or... Some heroes who are summoned are just normal people, but because their legends are attached to them (Fate UBW). Those legends manifest in reality for the hero.
@@TheLonelyLurker1995 I see what you mean, that does make it difficult. If you had a bit of his blood, hair, costume, article written by Clark Kent, tombstone, or Fortress of Solitude; you could use that to summon him. If you take him as someone who actually existed, then there would have to be something like that around. As for the version of him you summon, there would probably be only one associated with your world, in which case, you would know who. If every catalyst you could get were associated with every version of Superman, then it would come down to your compatibility with each one.
