So authentic ❤thank you
This was so encouraging! Thanks for this reminder!
Failure is, not trying. That’s it. I’m a big proponent of NOT judging the success of a creative endeavor by sales or critical acceptance. I create and release music on streaming services. Success to me is --Completing and releasing a track for the world to listen to, or not. It will forever be what I made it, in perpetuity. The End. Dial back the expectations of others and mostly importantly, yourself and you will see that the success was in what you learned during the process.
That's a good word!

This is extremely motivational. Thank you, man! We continue to learn and get better through the mistakes we’ve made. Art is trial and error. Again, thank you for this.
Of course man! Glad you found this encouraging!! Yeah, I’m definitely a better filmmaker and creative because I’ve walked through failure and mistakes in my life.
@@reelfilmmaking101 I’m sure of it! We will continue to make beautiful art.
Great video, great message🙏
Thanks!
I always give honest criticism online and I am frequently met with the artists flipping out over the criticism. My favorite answer is "Lets see you do better." With that attitude they are doomed to mediocrity. Also, some of the films making it into film festivals are atrocious. They either could not find anything better to program or they were just plain biased about getting certain woke themes shown.
