These are so fun! Thanks for showing the use examples of these ~ The "no moto" is not exactly 1 word, so in this case it's not the word "under". "No" is a particle for a possessive or attribute, and "moto" is like... what something is made of. Idk how to exactly translate it, but my joke way of doing so would be like "the stuff in a mildliner" 😅
Yes! We are so happy these are refillable, however, Zebra has only released No Moto inks for their lineup of their classic colors so far, none of the limited edition colors. Just wanted to make sure you knew before using up those special colors haha! - Ashley
Thanks for sharing! I have Mildliners in all the colors-now I can have an even greater variety of colors! I hope to make my first purchase with Yoseka soon, and teh No Moto ink will be part of it!
No moto maybe because the color looks like it is under the words (background) - the color changes the background color -when it’s highlighted or you can literally underline - just a guess
Cute idea! Such a shame they're not fountain pen friendly though :( Been eyeing up the Kaweco pelikan highlighter ink for a while, but would MUCHHHH rather it was in cute colourways like the mildliners instead
Oh wow I had no idea they even made bottles of ink ❤❤ When I heard “moto”, I thought of “origin” at first. It could also be read as like an ingredient/base which would make sense I guess. Hard to tell since they spelled it with hiragana

That is a very neat linguistic joke. Love!

Wow, love this explanation! That makes so much sense. Thank you so much for sharing your linguistic knowledge and explaining this :) -Ashley
Great description
This idea is great because I have limited edition mildliner pen bodies that I'm afraid to use, but now I can refill them!

So happy that they finally did this!
