There is a saying Rome didn't built in a day. Like that even bhuwan didn't be men's physique in one year it took him nearly a decade. Even I also wanted to be bodybuilder but this made me to push more 🙏🙏🙏 make our India proud bro

1st of all he worked very hard to achieve the physique what he desired and when he catched then he thought something bigger than that which was impossible with out taking steriods so he took but only in the game time like every athlete take
To compete on that level, to get Olympia level conditioning, u do need juice... But without hardwork a lot of steriods also can do nothing. 🙄

Fking motivational bro. I also first started working out at 17 in 2014. It gave me purpose in a time of uncertainty because one of my best friends got cancer (he is healthy and ripped now) and my brother suffers from autoimmune disease.
I have been slacking the last few years because of my gambling addiction. Now at 24 years old I really want to thrive again, no excuses. I want to stop worrying about my debt, my ex, my low paying and exhausting job. I just want to workout again and train for the greek god physique you and Zyzz already achieved.
I won't ever let myself down again, until I take my last breath. I truly believe we are all gonna make it ... brahs

I've started working out on January 1st 2019 till April 30st 2019 and saw so many progressions in just 4 month and stopped because i couldn't keep up with work and University so it went hill from there. I lost all my progress that i have gained over the past 4 month in just a couple of weeks. October 3rd 2019 i started to hit the gym and in 2 days it will be 2 month and i wish i never stopped beacuse time flies pretty fast and i imagined how would i transformed my body over the year so this is my comeback will be posting my 1 year transformation from now.
