Nice series. Crazy how good he became after just 1 session on flat water. Loops, downloops, helis, also the way he throws himself through rotations is almost unseen at true beginner level.. Either the guy had just a bit more experience then showed or he is extremely talented imo

Isn’t that done exactly the same way as a downloop except you are higher so the kite can do a full circle above you before you hit the water ? 🧐

It looks to me that taking off before the kite hits 12 sends you downwind more once you take off than pulling in at 12 would? I get the theory but i could also see arguments against it.
nah because with the orbit it sits above you (closer to edge of window) so you don't go downwind
Next time I’ll take some advice from Cohan instead of taking four years to learn a basic loop 😂😂
