- Palatial Mediterranean City View Estate Above Beverly Hills
Only once in a lifetime does an estate of such distinction become available. Majestic in concept and magnificent in realization, Palazzo di Amore is an estate of exceptional grandeur, sophistication, and privacy. Suited for royalty, this Beverly Hills compound was created by renowned developer Mohamed Hadid, with architecture by Bob Ray Offenhauser and design by Alberto Pinto. Sited on a rare promontory of approximately 25 acres with spectacular vistas over sparkling city lights and lush canyons, the palatial residence was constructed with graceful proportions and monumental scale. Every comfort has been considered and every detail meticulously included.
Above the historic Beverly Hills Hotel, where it is both singularly private and exceedingly convenient to world famous shopping and dining, Palazzo di Amore sits behind three grand sets of double gates. A wide, quarter-mile, tree-lined drive offers vistas of vast, stunning vineyards. Manicured gardens and a gorgeous waterfall establish an atmosphere of serenity and sophistication.
With 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, state-of-the-art security, and hand-chosen materials, Palazzo di Amore is created for the ultimate lifestyle of luxury. Guests are welcomed into a marbled two-story sky-lit entry with graceful twin curving staircases, elaborate inlaid flooring, sculpted hearths and mantels, and rooms too numerous to name. Moving among these luminous rooms, one takes in the spacious loggias, the luxuriant gardens, the sparkling pools and the majestic vistas beyond.
Accessed by stairs from the main floor, the lower level houses approximately 10,000 bottles and barrels from which the vineyard’s wines can be directly sampled. The vineyard produces wine made from classic varietals including Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Rose and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine cellar includes multiple corridors and temperature controlled rooms for wine storage flanked by a large tasting room with stone floors and brick barrel vault ceilings-a handsome setting to savor both the owner’s world class wine collection and the estate’s uniquely personal private label. The east wing features a spacious guest suite and an unrivaled master suite, approximately 5,000 square feet total. The Moroccan room is a dreamer’s retreat, rich with custom hand-painted wooden panels, luxurious fabrics, and a fireplace. The Turkish-style spa is a traditional Hamman, featuring floor-to-ceiling iridescent Moroccan tiles gleaming beneath suspended Turkish lamps. The west wing houses four expansive bedroom suites including a handsome VIP suite outfitted with silk upholstered walls, a full kitchen, a master-suite scale bathroom, walk-in closet, and a sitting room that opens to a spacious terrace spanning the entire length of the rear elevation of the estate. An oversized bonus room, currently used as an office/playroom, and two staff rooms complete the second floor.
This exquisite Mediterranean villa sits amidst dazzling beauty: picturesque, terraced acreage of producing vineyards, tennis court and pavilion, 128-foot scenic reflecting pool and fountain, and stunningly realized landscaping. The monumental, newly constructed, approximately 15,000 square foot entertainment complex is perfectly designed for a lifestyle that embraces both intimate moments and grand-scale entertaining. Enter the two-level structure by way of a floating glass floor walkway over pools lined by olive trees and lovely gardens. Designed on a magnificent scale with soaring ceilings and verdant vistas, the interior is detailed with exceptional materials, such as limestone floors with marble or maple inlay, breathtaking hand-painted ceilings, and paneling of superb maple burl wood. Enjoy a two-lane bowling alley and game room. A restful sun room opens to the pool. A state-of-the-art theater, with an adjoining green room, seats more than 50 guests for live stage shows or movie screenings.
Palazzo di Amore is created for the ultimate lifestyle, perfect as it is or adapt its generous elegance to your own imagination. Its approximately 25 acres will comfortably host up to 200 very special guests for a divine and intimate sit-down dinner. It can easily accommodate parking for 150 cars, and its proximity to world class cultural opportunities is virtually unbeatable. The recreational facilities, which include a pool, a spa, an outdoor barbecue station, a tennis court with tennis pavilion, and a full guest house with a grassy yard, all assure that life will be effortless, whether an intimate evening or a guest-filled weekend of beauty and relaxation. Multiple extra rooms and suites lavish guests and staff with comfort and luxury.
Also available for lease at $375,000 per month.

This castle is really very big with a view of Los Angeles and a nice pool (maybe a bit too small but it does not matter)
i will always wonder why there is only 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms
gianna f for when they throw parties
Imagine playing hide and seek in this house😯😂
It’s not Hadid property but Jeff Greene
Seems to me Hadid is desperately trying to one up his wealthy neighbors. I think he's probably not accepted in those parts and alienating his neighbors is not good way to have them come over for a party. Maybe he's lacking in "some areas" and is trying to compensate by building a "huge" home. Poor little rich man.
Sadly, there is even no little sign that shows the owner of the house is Muslim having Palestinian roots. Every corner is decorated with other people's history..
