Mohamed’s house eventually sold for $56,000,000 cash to London real estate moguls Richard and Ian Livingstone. It’s currently under heavy renovation since the brothers bought it as an investment property. Expect the mansion to be back on the market again real soon with a fresh new look.
The courts have recently ordered the home to be demolished and it is on the market for around $8M

The two houses after Hadid's (now) former house are also worth watching. The 1st one is BIG but it's tastefully done. The last house is a bit "unique" but has these frickin stunning custom lights, 😍❤❤❤. That Russian socialite had great taste in lights.

That’s why these big ugly mansions are always for sale, they don’t think what it’s actually like to live in when they build it.
That Hadid home looks like it's musty like his wig. Too dark and dismal, I would knock it all down and build a Contemporary Modern or Spanish style home.
That home was featured in several film productions: Ray Donovan and The Bodyguard. There may be more, but I recognized those two right away.
I love watching these mansion tours, but I have to be honest with myself - most rooms wouldn't get used and when my family comes to visit, we'll cramp ourselves onto one couch chatting away while the dogs doggy pile on us. Nonetheless, these homes are gorgeous!
everything about these mansions are for parties/gatherings. none of those rooms are used either most likely, since they all probably have multiple homes.
