7T user here, and performance wise I don't feel any has deteriorate. But after the latest update, I felt like the battery is draining quite a bit. Usually I get to 6hrs screen on time but it has now shaved sometimes to 4 hrs on relatively busy days.
I have a friend who use iPhone 11 Pro said One Plus 7T Pro is better in many ways than iPhone 11 Pro and Im glad that I made the right choice, changing from iPhone 7 Plus to One Plus 7T Pro
I'm a oneplus 7T Pro user since it came out And it has a screen burn already. What should I do The icons like wifi signal and the battery burn into my screen
This can happen to any phone. You should take precautions with any phone so this doesn't happen. Firstly, have your brightness on 50-75 that's more than enough on most phones. Also play with the color settings and finally if you want you can lower the resolution of your screen. This will help prevent screen burning for a long time. If you use the phone on full brightness always the screen will burn veeeryy quickly.
Just for another perspective, the screen curves are deep into the screen. You're losing about half an inch of screen to curve. And because the bend is so far into the screen, it catches light and there's a glare going up the entire screen, blocking what you're doing.
Hi. Have been using this phone for 6 months now. Superb phone but with 2 issues. The screen time out just doesn't work at times with screen staying on after you recieve notifications. And ofcourse the screen brightness in auto mode is poor as compared to my previous Samsung phones. Samsung gets it bang on.
What to buy, OnePlus 7 Pro 12GB Ram/256GB or the OnePlus 7T Pro 8GB Ram/256GB?????? Is there much difference, is it worth buying the 7T Pro with 8GB Ram?
How good is battery life of this phone? OnePlus 8 will have 4300mah battery but I guess that SD865 is more power hungry and it will have smaller screen than 7T Pro. Which one of these should be beter in batery life?
So One Plus 7 pro better than Huawei p30 pro? currently trying Huawei p30 pro and having a One plus 3 before is really hard to get used to Huaweis weird selfie camera quality. it's not as good as my old One plus 3 and makes me wonder if I should switch to One Plus 7 pro?
If you're gonna buy the 7tpro, buy the maclaren edition. The reason is because the maclaren edition has higher specs and 5g capability so it would be future safe. If not you shouldn't buy the normal 7t pro, but the normal 7 pro
I brought the OnePlus 7t pro this year just can't see much difference between the two plus with this virse going around could end up wanting forever for it to be released.

It's about time they're starting to offer more large phones. I'm 6-5 so a standard size phone is way too small for my hands and typing on them is not really possible. How about make them a little bit wider too? I still use a Motorola Nexus 6 and it's too damn small.
I'm just waiting for the OnePlus 8. I'm fine with the punch hole and I get the latest SD865, newest phone so updates are going to be here longer and 5G. And before anyone say that 5G will have to wait 2 years or so, my country is rolling out 5G to all major cities by the end of 2020 so it's worth it for me
@@enzuki With a price like that I'll forgive the punch hole 😂 but I doubt that considering this time around 5G ,wireless charging & water resistance support would ramp up the price.. I'll say 800$ for one of the pro models
Can definitely see the price gap increasing as the Pro takes on those desirable features that many users can live without, like the wireless charging. If they can keep the standard 8 at the same price while improving key stuff like the cameras and keeping the same specs, I'll def be happy.

@@G0ddammitB0bBy69 I can't really answer that question for you because OnePlus has been very successful in the US for only the past 2 years. But u can tell you RN, that OnePlus has blown me away with it's performance. Not only does it feel premium, it's really smooth, verrryyyy fast, and takes outstanding pictures. All batteries in all phones last good from 2 to 4 years, so no matter how well you take care of it, battery performance will drop. This might sound stupid but deal breaker for me is that little mechanical volume switch. Yes! I often have to have my phone on silent mode. That switch was one of my favourite things in iPhone.
I'm still using my one plus 5t and loving it light weight great battery life

One plus 8 pro 😄👀gang
Just bought one for about $500 8/256 never complaining again
I have 9 hours to 930 hours SOT at 90hz with adaptative resolution. I am super happy. 1st month of use so new battery
From a fan of your in Oregon, your reviews are the best. Please never change your format.
I'd get a 7 Pro, but installing a screen protector in a curved screen is a nightmare.
No factory screen protector like my 6T.
I'm so glad I got the one plus 7 pro best phone ever.
I have the OnePlus 7T. It's been 3 months and my only complaint is auto-brightness. Everything else has been a dream come true including the camera XD Love you!
Just grabbed one 2 months old device for a really good price This phone is amazing, no regrets.
Man you're amazing, your videos are amazing!
I still prefer the 90hz more than the 120hz the difference is very minimal but 120hz drains battery more than the 90hz
Had it since release, still love it!
Hi! I actually have an Iphone XS and I really like the Oneplus 7T pro, so do you recommend me to buy this new one?
Sergio Galan no sergio, Iphone is better
if you have another apple product, don’t go for it. but otherwise too, XS is a really good phone
Display, battery and speed/smoothness will be better on the 7T Pro, camera and face ID is better on the XS. Software is debatable but both are good
Definitely yes.
I'm looking at this phone also the realme x50 pro and note 10+. Any advice which is the best with screen and battery life?
Seriously where do you get your anime wallpapers from?? They look awesome
If you find out, let me Know.
The problem is that the price stays the same.
Just bought mine on eBay for 280
@@BountyTennis New one or used?
IV had it since release and it's good. It doesn't lag at all
what is the wallpaper at 4:54? pleaseeee
OnePlus was going in the right direction with this phone that got me excited for the OnePlus 8 but what a letdown. We went from popup all screen design to a 2019 hole punch with flagship pricing here in the US. Sucks a little
Am enjoyng 7t pro mac edition very much, amazing phone nd am done wth 1 plus if its gonna bring the notch, otherwise great phone for evry thng am loving it 100%
Problems with the one plus 7t pro
Significant shutter lag. Take the picture and you'll see about a 2 second delay. The camera takes way too long to get ready when I open the app even if it's in the ram. I'm not the only one with this issue.
The ultrawide camera is no where near as good as the main. All the colours are wrong and everything. The only way you can use the ultrawide is outside in good lighting with landscape. The camera also doesnt cope well with even the slightest motion
There's also no way to turn off the 2 finger swipe to play music. I had music play randomly in class and it was really embarrassing. There's also no one handed mode but I won't get into that.
Theres no option to quickly switch WiFi networks in the notification bar. I have to go all the way into settings to switch the preferred WiFi.
The new gesture navigation is terrible, especially with the curve. The curve is cool and all but I can go back by swiping on the curve everytime as its inconsistent. Going back from swiping up from the bottom is a much better idea as the bottoms is easily accessible. They have also removed the Google pill navigation system.
@@VfxRaptAnime , totally agreed
@@VfxRaptAnime hey dude help me, should i rather buy the new OP8 Pro or save some money and buy the OP7T Pro ?
7T user here, and performance wise I don't feel any has deteriorate. But after the latest update, I felt like the battery is draining quite a bit. Usually I get to 6hrs screen on time but it has now shaved sometimes to 4 hrs on relatively busy days.
Hi would you recommend 7T pro in 2021? Or looking for 2020 mid ranges better option?
I have a friend who use iPhone 11 Pro said One Plus 7T Pro is better in many ways than iPhone 11 Pro and Im glad that I made the right choice, changing from iPhone 7 Plus to One Plus 7T Pro
Should I buy it over the Oneplus 8?
Oneplus phones tend to age well, the 7tpro is still a new phone mate. Keep up the good work, real mate reviews!
Hey Chris, now that the 1+ 8pro is released which one would you go for now?
What was the theme you were using on the phone?it is awesome
Watching Techspurt in 1440! If only the iPhone 11 Pro Max could reach this resolution level. Maybe September 2020??
Lauren Middleton It already can, it's just that UA-cam doesn't support it because Google and Apple use different algorithms
@@fanban1646 no it can't because the actual screen resolution is below 1440 but above 1080
@@thefrenchbaldeagle3138 2688 x *1242* is a joke for a phone this expensive. Even the Galaxy S7 had a proper 1440p screen.
@@thefrenchbaldeagle3138 not true, I can set 1080p in youtube app on a 734p screen iPhone
@@maxcaulfield7110 you can but it's not actually that quality
My 7T McLaren is a beast. No notch. Excellent. No battery issues with the screen on 90. Bad battery life is a myth.
It actually looks like a phone from 2030. They should focus on the camera since the design is perfect. Also reduce the edge screen.
I'm 20 seconds into the video already giving it a like just for everything that he said. Most likely subbing by the end if this keeps up
I'm a oneplus 7T Pro user since it came out
And it has a screen burn already.
What should I do
The icons like wifi signal and the battery burn into my screen
This can happen to any phone. You should take precautions with any phone so this doesn't happen. Firstly, have your brightness on 50-75 that's more than enough on most phones. Also play with the color settings and finally if you want you can lower the resolution of your screen. This will help prevent screen burning for a long time. If you use the phone on full brightness always the screen will burn veeeryy quickly.
Used cameras for years with pop up flashes, and never had one fail.
Very informative video of oneplus 7T pro. I really appreciate it
Any idea how to activate led light below the pop up camera when camera pops up. In my phone it is not lighting up when I turn on front camera
Really helpful thanks.
Anyone had issues with the pop up camera?
Just for another perspective, the screen curves are deep into the screen. You're losing about half an inch of screen to curve.
And because the bend is so far into the screen, it catches light and there's a glare going up the entire screen, blocking what you're doing.
Actually this is one the curved screens that I find are not that curved and anoying.
Saw the DGD wallpaper, subbed
"iS ThiS pHoNe wOrtH bUyInG aNymORe" It literally just came to stores where i live and its the second new one plus phone right now wtf...
What to buy, OnePlus 7 Pro 12GB Ram/256GB or the OnePlus 7T Pro 8GB Ram/256GB??????
Is there much difference, is it worth buying the 7T Pro with 8GB Ram?
Nope
Thanks sir! Was looking for the video 🙏
TechSpurt is na underrated channel. He should have more subscribers than 220.000+ users!
Love your videos man keep up the good work!
Question: Have they fixed the issue of the screen being locked at 90hz at all time?
I love your follow up reviews alot. Always wait for these ❤️
How good is battery life of this phone? OnePlus 8 will have 4300mah battery but I guess that SD865 is more power hungry and it will have smaller screen than 7T Pro. Which one of these should be beter in batery life?
So One Plus 7 pro better than Huawei p30 pro? currently trying Huawei p30 pro and having a One plus 3 before is really hard to get used to Huaweis weird selfie camera quality. it's not as good as my old One plus 3 and makes me wonder if I should switch to One Plus 7 pro?
Definitely pick the oneplus 7pro over the 7t pro. Much better price in 2020 for 99% of the same phone.
If you're gonna buy the 7tpro, buy the maclaren edition. The reason is because the maclaren edition has higher specs and 5g capability so it would be future safe. If not you shouldn't buy the normal 7t pro, but the normal 7 pro
Which wallpaper app you are using?
I brought the OnePlus 7t pro this year just can't see much difference between the two plus with this virse going around could end up wanting forever for it to be released.
The portrait mode had white dots on background on reflections etc. which ruins the photo ..is this fixed by now??
where do you watch akame ga kill?

I own a 7t pro battery is good but the weight of the phone is a little bit and it's a really slipper bugger I have no other complains it's a dream phone of mine since 2014 and I'm looking forward to the next all screen phone
I have a strange issue on my oneplus 7t Pro device.
The 5Ghz wifi keeps dropping every 10 minutes and reconnects immediately in a second and this happens every 10 minutes. Whereas on 2.4ghz wifi the connection is stable.
The issue occurs on 5ghz wifi only on my Tp-link Router Archer C5 AC1200 which i purchased recently.
I have tried almost everything resetting the phone, network settings, router settings, what not but still on 5ghz band I have this dropping issue every 10 minutes which is annoying while I am playing online games.
Any suggestion from your end would be a great help !
which is better the one plus 8 or the oneplus 7tpro??give me a suggest
Bro.. Which one is better to buy.. 1´+ 7PRO OR 1+ 8 ???? IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO COME 5G IN INDIA QUICKIY
If the 8 comes with 30 watt reverse wireless charging and fixes those cameras, I’ll trade in my s10+
Here's hoping!
And before anyone say that 5G will have to wait 2 years or so, my country is rolling out 5G to all major cities by the end of 2020 so it's worth it for me
One thing's for sure it won't come cheap ..unless the camera goes toe to toe with the big leagues I'm gonna pass
@@king6463 Well some say maybe $528 for the 8GB RAM and 128 storage but who knows I just hope it doesn't go above $600
@@enzuki With a price like that I'll forgive the punch hole 😂 but I doubt that considering this time around 5G ,wireless charging & water resistance support would ramp up the price.. I'll say 800$ for one of the pro models
@@king6463 Maybe, they also say wireless charging is only for the pro model. I hope so too, then the price of the normal model will be lower
Can definitely see the price gap increasing as the Pro takes on those desirable features that many users can live without, like the wireless charging. If they can keep the standard 8 at the same price while improving key stuff like the cameras and keeping the same specs, I'll def be happy.
Psh, I still think my OnePlus 7 pro is perfect for 2020 with camera, battery and speed!
Davyd Bosyuk how long does a OnePlus 7 phone last when it comes to performance? They never degrade on performance over the course of 5 year’s?
@@G0ddammitB0bBy69 performance as in what? Battery life? CPU speed? Because all of the specs are top of the line. I've had mine for a year, still can pull of 6 to 7 hrs screen on time. And it's smooth and fast as heck. Gonna stick with this phone for a while.
Davyd Bosyuk performance as in how the phone runs in general. How do OnePlus phones hold up when it comes to performance longevity (CPU, GPU , overall software). For example, if I were to keep my OnePlus 7 pro for 5 or more year’s will the phone lag over time? Will I be able to play heavy games in the future?
@@G0ddammitB0bBy69 I can't really answer that question for you because OnePlus has been very successful in the US for only the past 2 years. But u can tell you RN, that OnePlus has blown me away with it's performance. Not only does it feel premium, it's really smooth, verrryyyy fast, and takes outstanding pictures. All batteries in all phones last good from 2 to 4 years, so no matter how well you take care of it, battery performance will drop. But the battery only cost 11$ on OnePlus repair website, so that's just a few dollars you would have to put into the phone over the 5 years, and it'll run like new.
Davyd Bosyuk oh wow, really? :0 Thats awesome news! I have an iPhone right now, and I want my next phone to last me forever. I’m trying to get away from iPhones in general. I’m not stuck in the Apple ecosystem as well. I’ve heard about OnePlus phones being on par or even better than an iPhone when it comes to speed, and performance.
