  • I hope you found this to be helpful! Navigating healthy eating can be confusing and I hope to take away some of that confusion.
    I do want to point out that when I talk about "how much" of macronutrients to aim for, I am speaking generally. I never want you to feel like you need to count calories or count your macros. I try to help you build a healthy relationship with food by eating more intuitively but also with more knowledge when it comes to what you are putting on your plate and how you fuel your body. That being said, not tracking your macros might not be for you. Everybody is different and often if you are reaching certain health goals, you may need to consult with a physician to see if aiming for certain numbers/ tracking your macros is right for you.
