I guess you're not concerned about transporting your PA on PVC? Hobie has clearly stated that the PA should not be stored or transported on PVC. Flat on the hull or Hobie cradles are the only recommended method. Otherwise the rack looks great. Nice job.
Hobie clearly states in the 2019 manual for the PA that you should not store or transport on PVC. I believe they don’t want all of the support along the sides of the boat directly under the scuppers which are the weakest part of the hull. I have a pic of the page from the manual that states this but I can’t copy it here in the comments.
Good job Deem)))
Nice design & very professional looking. That looks challenging to get the PA-14 up on it & off though.
Awesome vid can not wait for the next video hopefully it will be soon. 👍😃🔥
Can you post a video on how you load your kayak?
Ayee if only I welded it, then it would fit in the trash just fine😂

@@drobinson9068 I store my PA on PVC. It's been like that for almost 4 years and nothing had happen; still perfect.
Do you think you can get two Hobie 14 kayaks on the rack? I have a full size truck short bed .
I really like that setup, minus the pvc. Good for oberlanding, you gonna mass produce?
What schedule PVC did you use ?
