- I have tripled down on the water tanks, and have been waiting for the alarm bell to ring, and it happened today. How come all the good jobs always come when its so cold outside?! No matter. My Cross RC URAL 6x6 is a radio controlled Fire Suppression Vehicle I have been working on. This truck is being dialled in, so it can fight fires when we have something going on around the race track, or other areas of the property. NO sooner than I had poured a cup of tea, the call came in that a near by shop had been lit on fire. I immediately had the fire truck on the move to the location of emergency. I haven't been able to figure out the Foam Solution, without having compressed air injected into my water lines.. .but today, through trial and error .. the foamy surprise was revealed to me!

awesome Aaron! will be interesting once you get your new pump installed. also, perhaps you should get Gem and Moe to come outside for perhaps 2-3 minutes and roast some marshmellows before you start to put out the fire. Reminds me of when I was a child and we used to play with “Action Man” we had Jeeps, trucks and tanks and one of us got a fire fighter outfit for the Action Man so we got a cardboard box as a house that we set on fire and some washing up bottles filled with water, we’d run around the garden pulling our vehicles around making a siren noise till we got to the house and start to put the fire out only the cardboard house was next to some privet hedges they also set on fire, so we had to use buckets of water to put the fire out instead. Those where the days. 😂🤣😂

I love your channel brother! I'm 50 just getting into the hobby. I bought a trx4 bronco on eBay need to keep watching you cause I want to upgrade. I'm thankful for your channel. I need upgrades. I went from 1:1 real ride's to this and I must say I wish I would have done it a lot sooner.
Cool truck.
Try adding a little bit of pressure to the back tank after filling, might help fill the primary little better. If your wanting the foam put your source in the back tanks so it has more time and pressure to mix. Hope it helps good luck! Its coming along beautifully

I like how awesome this truck looks. But my opinion is that a fire truck isn't a fire truck without some type of flashing light on it. But over all good job.
Such a cool rig Medic! I built a Tonka fire truck a few months ago. I found that drilling a tiny hole into the tip of a wire nut/cap, creates a pretty good water nozzle. Keep the fire content coming!

I used to own a self serve carwash and built my own foam brush systems. It worked the best injecting compressed air into a foam generator which is a tube filled with stainless steel wool. Both air and soapy water inlets we're on the bottom and 1 output on the top. Adjust the ratio via air and water pressure to get perfect foam ;) I probably some pictures of this if you want to see them.

You could up the pressure if you install a bike tire valve in the top of the trailer tank assembly and plug the vent holes. You would also have to leave a little bit of space in the tank for air volume. Cool build though!

Andrew, last night I stumbled upon what I needed to make more foam. An expansion chamber in the hose, that goes to a smaller hose. It makes WAY more foam. I love this hobby
