@jonasgluck2569 hang in there homie! Do your physical therapy! It helps so much! I can't skate anymore because of my knees, but it was work injuries compounded by skateboarding, but I also am predisposed to bad joints due to bad genetics but after my second surgery I felt better with the physical therapy.
Also torn my ACL 2 years ago and had surgery this year i february. Been about 5 months now and Im super eager to skate again. Pushing on with PT

As a fellow NJ skater. I could only imagine those kids minds watching you skate. The only time I saw pro’s as a kid was a demo day or Popalardo would pop up at spots sometimes. So if there was anyone that stood out as better than everyone else you always assumed they were pro but usually they just had a shop sponsor or were on flow

19:05 Man, I wish I was graceful enough to call that a slam. I aired the spine at my local a couple months ago, got massive wheel bite and got ejected straight on my shoulder, resulting in a separated AC joint. It's way better now, but my sub-30 body doesn't recover like it used to.

i went to glasgow park on go skateboarding day, was like the surface of the sun. only one other person skating and another guy there with his 2 daughters scootering. i could only hang for like 40 mins, it was brutal
I went there one summer years ago and was struggling, there's no shade at the park.

We have a park called fasola park here in Deptford NJ South Jersey and they have tennis courts that i wish they would turn one into a skate park 🏞️

I gotta figure out how to land those frontside big spins. I can spin them pretty fine but land with my back foot on and my front foot always ends up on the ground in the front of the board. Can’t seem to get both feet on it in the air. Front side 360 shoves, lasers, big spins…soooo hard!

so far they have been great, super loose feeling at first and they do tighten up. then it’s just up to you if you like the feel of the bushings. but as for the trucks they feel great and nothing weird has happened since riding them, I just smith way easier now lol I hope you enjoy them!
