The reason the conversation option for a job is not coming up is because you are hungry. It took me a while to figure it out. They mentioned not being able to run while hungry so i gave it a shot.
Dagger, referring to your comments about cows at about 9:10 onward, yes, they would be in a lot of pain and have a very high chance of getting mastitis, which is basically a blocked udder (and other such things).
Daggerwin the side jobs reset daily, random 2-4 jobs per day. Out of 36 jobs that I have done about 24 have actually been plowing. In the future you may be able to manipulate which fields get jobs assigned by simply buying the fields. Only fields you don't own are available for plow jobs. Also you already noticed in a previous video that sometimes when you get a repair job it points to an already finished building so yay free money. One suggestion I have is to consider saving up 45,000 euro and 90,000 social points to buy the new tractor instead of saving up 90,000 euro. Alright I'll shut up now =) Good luck and have fun!

You hadn't eaten any of the food you took from the pantry before trying that last job offer. I suspect that a starving-weak worker won't be offered a job (game mechanics). The loading screen tips suggest penalties if your 'condition' gets too low. Good show!
When you don't milk the cows the udder will fill up till the pressure is so big that the milk runs out of the odder and the cow wil stop ging milk till it's get another calf
Why would the green house not survive. I thought that was the reason to use green houses, to grow crops whether or not in season out of season in a safe environment regardless of what weather is outside.

I would think the same thing as well, HE does not have to sleep four weeks at a time to past time, but every two weeks and harvest eggs, and milk, and by the third week the plants in green house would be ready to harvest, he harvest those, plant more and then go back to sleep for two more weeks. The fields takes around two months to ripen so then he can harvest the fields. Dont know if that is a good plan or not, but he still needs to gain money to buy the better equipment, so sleeping away and not doing chores wont get you money, especially since he said he wont cheat in the money. I was hoping that he would LOWER the cost of the items so that they are way cheaper to purchase, like $110,000 for a truck is hard to reach when doing a video, but $55,000 is more reasonable and then you can continue showing off the game.
I really enjoy your channel and respect everything you do for my entertainment, but I must say, the videos of this game and series has become a complete fail in my opinion. This game consumes way too much time to have a successful series.

Daggerwin if you look above the cows there are some pipes where you would attach the pumps for milking so it is possible to automate the cow milking
Drill barley because you get the most off the straw and the crop, then put zucchini in the green house you make the most profit

Seed canola its the best you get so much money per ton and you get a lot of canola from one harvest
