    Thanks so much for creating content like this that encourages self improvement through gradual means that can be accomplished at home without resorting to extremes like surgery. It seems often we are encouraged to let a problem develop until it can not be solved without taking drastic measures, so I appreciate hearing your approach which seems more focused on long term wellness. As a man in my 20's, I know I'm probably not your target audience, but I'm grateful to have access to your content.

    The comments here are not very encouraging, but thanks Ms Parmita, this vid and your others have helped me a lot. I fake a V smile and any kind of face yoga you recommend a lot- faking aka practice. Because smiling isn’t natural anymore the way US society has become, so practicing smiling has worked in reverse where I smile for absolutely no reason then I’ve just become used to smiling for absolutely no reason and whatever neuro-chemical thing that triggers has helped my sagging face muscles, my outlook, mood, resilience, patience, grace under stress, etc….. as a very down to earth California native, I like learning that surgery isn’t the only way to address improvements to the health of our body.

    • @ry7qx2nq9i
      @ry7qx2nq9i 9 місяців тому +2

      I feel like I should say this:
      -The upper part of your face is surprisingly important when smiling. Keep your eyes open. Not too much, but, despite having them half-closed is more comfortable and helps you stay as your sleepy, lazy self, it's like blinking in a picture... but always looking like that. Also raise the eyebrows a little. Don't worry too much about this part, instinct tends to take care of that.
      -First try making a calm, closed lips smile, For this one you just gotta tense a bit on the cheeks and close your eyes a little to not look weird (You can't have a calm smile yet eyes that stare into the soul without faking at least one of the two). Then practice smiling while talking, because moving the mouth around might keep people from being able to pay attention to the smile. Make sure to practice in front of a mirror until you're happy with the results.

    Thank you, Parmita. You are beautiful! BTW the link you provided for Habits and Techniques to Reduce Sleep Wrinkles (at the very end of your post description) is erroring out. Do you have a new link to share with us for it?
